Perfect for our 2 families! (4 adults, 4 kids) - plenty of space to gather, cook or order in. Out door patio was awesome. Clean unit, black out window treatments. The club house and pool on property was great. Kids would wake up in the morning and catch crabs or fish right outside. Having the hotel Playa Largo benefits was awesome - we went to the pool at the Playa Largo every day, the beach, docked our boat there. It was a great vacation filled with lots of core memories for our kids.

Wonderful location for our friend getaway , Beautiful and very safe location , accommodations were outstanding . Loved sitting by the quiet pool and having the option of using the resort property. We will be back

Wonderful getaway

The house we rented with three other couples was perfect size for our group. Each couple had a private bathroom, kitchen and living room area was very comfortable and the outside patio was our favorite location. We spent two different days at the resortwhich was beyond our expectations. Service from the staff was outstanding & the overall experience was perfect.. Already looking forward to a return trip.

Beatiful

I've stayed at a few of these houses but this was the first time staying at this one. Love the property. Awesome that they allow pets. Communication with the property manager was great. They were very helpful. Love the resort privileges. The upstairs outdoor patio was really comfy with a great view. I'll definitely stay again

I would give a much higher rating overall because the house size and decor, location, convenience and access to the Playa Largo Resort was absolutely the best but I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the house. Two of the beds had hairs on the sheets and the pillow cases, 3 of the showers had hairs all over and one of the tub/shower’s looked like blood or something brownish reddish colored splattered all over the tub. The floors were not mopped. This really was very disappointing. Otherwise the house was great! We loved the clubhouse and pool! Having access to the Resort was a huge bonus! I did call management because the refrigerator was making an awful sound, they were quick to respond and fixed the issue immediately.

Great location but absolutely terrible customer service

Girls trip for four friends. We were delayed in getting to the property, so it was dark when we arrived. The instructions from the property manager gave an address of the neighborhood but no actual house number. I attempted to contact via text and phone but received no response from the owners so we were only left with trying our door codes on two different houses that looked empty hoping we could locate our rental. It was very stressful for four women to attempt to open the door of a dark house at night. We located our rental on the second try, thank goodness. Overall, the property is very nice and a good location. It did lack any type of bar soap or body wash in any of the bathrooms plus no coffee, not even a limited K-cup or two. I attempted to contact the property manager again on the second day, but again no response. I would not recommend any properties by this group given the zero out of 10 customer service.
