We had everything we needed in the house and more. The internet was great and my husband worked some remotely while I explored parks near by. "The house was very nice and everything in it was new. House was big enough for our large family. We loved the backyard patio area and the pool. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet. We would definitely stay again if in the area."

"Beautiful little house that had everything we needed. Great place for our boat, on a canal, with easy access to the atlantic and gulf. We could fish in the canal, a great tiki hut with table and chairs and grill. We sat at this almost every night and had a private dinner on the water."

"The house was great and had everything we needed. Perfect location in Key Colony Beach with short walking distance to the club and multiple restaurants/bars. We had plenty of space for our 30' boat at the dock and enough space in the driveway to park the truck and trailer. We used the launch at the KCB marina and it was large enough and deep enough for our boat with very easy access to the canal."

"This property is over the top with a pool and hot tub. The inside was very clean and up to date kitchen and bathroom. Bed was comfortable. The bed was a little small. The owner was very nice and easy to talk to."

"Great views towards the water with no one behind. The furnishing, kitchen and beds were adequate for our 10 day stay. We got hit with day long 10inch rain fall. Place next to us got "wet" but we were good. The light switches location seemed odd but we got used .. day before we were leaving. If back in the keys, I would rent it again. Thx."

"This place is nice. The deck is wonderful and rooms are large. A couple of things1. The beds squeak really loud as you get in and out. 2. Another comfy chair would be nice besides the wicker chairs, couch was great but with 4 people a couple get left out of comfy seating. 3. When trying to get a hold of someone before check in was very difficult. Trash service was nice but that was not communicated to us. Boat dock is great.
