The downstairs bedrooms have the king and queen beds. The third bedroom has the twin beds. The second queen bed is in the exposed loft area. There is a full sized washer and dryer on the main floor. The kitchen has granite counters, top of the line stainless steel appliances, and hard wood floors. The entry is natural slate. Natural slate is also used as accents in the kitchen and fireplace hearth. The fireplace is made of local river rock with a wood burning insert. The condo is decorated with designer furnishings and locally made custom benches and stools. Antique skis, snowshoes, and local art grace the walls. Knotty alder doors, cabinets, and woodwork complete the warm feel of this unit. The unit is located on the second floor and has beautiful sweeping views of the ski mountain. The complex also has a pool and hot tub. A small private outdoor deck includes a barbeque. The grounds have plenty of grass areas and tasteful landscaping. The location of this unit is fantastic. It is short walking distance to the River Run lift, the bike trail, as well as to the town of Ketchum. It is a 5 minute walk to all of the local gourmet restaurants, drinking establishments, shops, and art galleries.
