Bay Cottage is a beautifully presented 2 bedroom terraced cottage in north Lakelands most vibrant tourist town, Keswick. Situated in a residential area of similar properties, only 400 yards from the town centre and Fitz Park, 600 yards from the leisure centre and ½ a mile from Derwentwater. The accommodation comprises of a living room, dining room and spacious kitchen on the ground floor and a large double bedroom with kingsize bed, a twin bedroom and a large bathroom on the first floor. Couples and young families will appreciate the central location, with visitor attractions and amenities on the doorstep and fantastic walks on the stunning fells surrounding Keswick. Your holiday can be as action packed or as chilled out as you like. Shop, pub and restaurant 400 yards.

We had an amazing 2 night break here.

We had an amazing 2 night break here. Perfect location. Parked outside the house and didn’t need to use the car until the journey home. Short stroll into town centre with lots of options for evening meal and drinks. Plenty of walks from the doorstep. The house is lovely with everything you need and very comfy. We would love to return.

Nice comfortable house but a few things need some attention, toilet seat loose, toilet roll holder loose, towel hooks loose, shower needs descaling also goes from hot to cold. Maybe instead of having two televisions upgrade the front room one to a smart tv so you can get some decent programmes also the remote control for the front room tv needs replacing some buttons not working. Overall great cottage with everything you need and in a great location! Only bug bear would be the squeaky bed in the master bedroom - every time you turned it made a noise which was a bit irritating but would definitely return. Toiletries in the bathroom were a lovely touch!

Nice house in a good location. Clean, tidy, warm and well equipped. Toiletries, milk, tea, coffees etc were a nice touch and appreciated. The only downside for us was that we found the bed a little uncomfortable, waking up with back ache each morning but I guess these things are a personal thing.
