« The room was clean enough but so dated and needing maintenance. There were pieces of trim/edging around the door that were coming off. There was a lamp with no switch. The room was so dark even with all the lights on. The decor was old. I don’t understand why the room charge was so high based on the quality of the room. I received a text after I checked in and I replied when I couldn’t find the WiFi network. I got an AI reply that someone was looking into it but no one contacted me until...

« The overall complex was extremely dated as were the rooms. The furniture was in poor condition and the particle board on the cabinet that encloses the refrigerator was peeled off and coming apart. The cabinet was also not level and the refrigerator rocked inside the cabinet. The room appeared to be as clean as it could be with carpet that was worn and frayed. The bed was soft and lumpy and uncomfortable. When I went to shower, the water that came out of the faucet was rusty and had to run for a...

« Hôtel calme on a bien dormi . Grand lit Grand parking .

« Our stay at Tree Top River Cabin in Center Point was absolutely fantastic. The cabin is beautifully decorated in an authentic Texas style, with so much attention to detail that it immediately feels warm, cozy, and special. The check-in process worked perfectly with the access codes, and communication with the host was always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Everything on the property is extremely well maintained, spotless, and thoughtfully prepared. The cabin has all the equipment and amenities...

« We were confused by parking. The airstream looked old on outside but was new and clean inside. Coffee setup could have been better. The remote check in was confusing but we figured it out »
