Very quaint vintage style property. Clean, cozy, and comfortable bed. Would have liked to have ice machine available.

Loved this little place. The vibe was fantastic, I felt like I had been transported back in time in the best way. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was so easy and the room was clean and cute. This is my new favorite place to stay in Kernville.

Recommendation from a couple with a family view
This is a very well maintained and clean mature hotel with a lot of personality that reflect the beautiful area. We really enjoyed it and look forward to going again. I recommend it for families and couples that do not want a cookie cutter experience or corporate experience. Great outside views to sit and relax as well as a comfortable room. The management is flexible with requests and very attentive and family oriented.

Just completed a 5,000 mile road trip and this was hands down our favorite stay. The staff is very friendly and the motel is very cute. It was the best sleep we had the entire trip and the town is amazing. We will be planning a trip next year specifically for this area and will be staying here again for sure!

What a cutie
My wife loved the cuteness and the cleanliness of this place. Check in was a breeze, location was awesome. Very quiet, great mattress, good night sleep. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

So charming! Very comfortable bed. Beautiful green grounds, easy to park. Walk to everything in town in 2-5 minutes. Nearby river access from the park. We will absolutely be back to this gem!

We had a very clean comfortable large room at Piazza’s. Family feel and a friendly staff, all of that made it a really nice stay. They also had a great amount knowledge of the local area and recommended some good restaurants, all walkable from Piazza’s. We will definitely be back, it's a perfect base camp for a lot of great hiking in Kernville.

My wife and I have been going to kernville for several year, this is now our new favorite pace to stay. The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean. They had the heater on for us when we arrived and very easy checkin process. Will be staying there again.
