"At check-in, there was a foreign staff member whose accent was very difficult to understand, although he was speaking Japanese. The room was clean, and the staff were lovely. The food was also good, although I was sad to see that the usual 3-day rotation of different foods at breakfast time had been eliminated."

"Absolutely loved the hotel, especially the amenities. Spa was amazing with multiple saunas, steam room, ice room, cold plunge and infinity pool. And room had great view of the ocean."

"I did a midnight check-in and the staff was so friendly and helpful. So was the other staff at the front desk in the morning. It’s my favorite hotel in Naha!"

We were well taken care of during our stay. Room was great and the views were phenomenal. Breakfast and dinner were provided and served to us on the patio in front of our room. The food served was very tasty and unique. There is also a happy hour in which drinks (beer/wine) were served to our patio. Snorkeling gear and wet suit were also provided. They will also pick up/drop off at ferry port. The entire trip felt like a special and customized experience. Highly recommend and would love to...

Staff was friendly and accomidating. They offered free shuttle to and from the beach. Room has a great air conditioning unit which was much appreciated to get a break from the humidity. Hot water for showers was limited to conserve, mornings and 5pm-11pm, but the staff mentioned if you wanted hot water ahower outside those hours they would accomidate, just request at the lobby. Location was amazing, walking distance to the port or to the beach if you don't mind a hill. I did not get breakfast...

This place has everything you need to enjoy the island. With dinner and breakfast provided it makes staying here that much better! The location is ideal for access to both beaches.
We couldn’t be more grateful for our host, she was very kind and helpful with anything we needed.
We’re definitely coming back one day and staying here again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were always greeted with a smile.
We requested to have the breakfast early a few days as we were going diving and they made sure to let the staff member who would be seeing us know of our request. The hotels is super close to some really good restaurants and the promenade along the ocean.

This is our second time staying here for our 3rd wedding anniversary. We came here for our honeymoon. The resort is very well maintained. Every staff member was excellent. I’ve stayed in many nice hotels and resorts and this one is a notch above the rest. The staff are so kind and professional. We’ll be coming back again for many years to come everytime we visit Okinawa. We chose the premier room and the perks are such an added bonus. 10/10 stars!

This was our fourth visit to Ryukyu Onsen Senagajima. The hotel remains exceptionally clean and elegant, featuring a beautiful onsen and scenic views of Naha airport's runway. We highly recommend choosing a room with a private bath on the balcony. However, this year, breakfast options were more limited than in previous years, which was disappointing. We still cherish memories of the delicious traditional breakfast that was individually served in the past.
