"This hotel was a great option for the price, we have stayed at several hotels in this area and this has been one of the nicest. Breakfast is not included but there are places to eat nearby!"

"This is a very nice hotel. The layout of the room is nice (two sinks, one outside the bathroom and a separate counter for coffee/tea). It also has good amenities such as a mini-fridge. However, one of my favorite things about this hotel is the bathroom. It has a towel warmer and a dual shower head (you can switch back and forth from rain to massage head). My only complaint is that they could do better with the continental breakfast. It is pretty small. Finally, this is obviously a great place to stay if you are doing anything at ONU (as it is on the campus)."

"Hot tub was hot, pool was not very warm. room was clean and beds were comfortable. "

"Our Grandson found an almost empty bottle of Pepsi in the corner on the floor and hair on the sheets on the one bed. The kids had a ball at the pool and it was quite busy, but no one had cleaned any tables or emptied any garbages by the time it opened the next morning. Staff was very friendly and kind. "

"The bedding was not swapped out for one of our rooms. The staff was pleasantly apologetic and immediately gave us fresh bedding. Grounds are clean, no dog poop on concrete walk ways. There is laundry and snack machines. "

"We only booked this property for the pool so my kids could swim while we were in town for a competition. Found out after checking in that the pool was closed and by the looks of it the pool had been out of order for quite some time. This shouldn’t be included in the property photos or amenities if it’s not available. "

"I booked a room for 2 nights and right after I checked in the hotel lost partial power and we had no heat, no tv, no microwave, no WiFi and even though they have a kitchenette no dishes, no cookware or cutlery! I called twice to request at the very least a partial refund and I even spoke to a manager who said they would call me but they never did, I get that the power outage was not their fault but they definitely didn’t help me with a refund!"
