"House was great, and very comfortable for our crowd. House was equipped with all that we needed for an easy stay—beyond the well stocked kitchen there were plenty of beach and bath towels, beach chairs, beach toys etc. Gary was a responsive communicator, easy to work with to answer questions and resolve whatever was needed ahead of our arrival and while staying at the house. Great location in the middle of South Beach, close to the marketplace and shops. We were there with our three children and their three young families. Our two five years old and two three years old grandchildren LOVED the bunk room, equipped with games and books."

"Dianne was prompt in answering our questions and addressing any concerns. The layout of the house was great with the family space being the central open area. The rooms were cozy and had all of the things that we needed for our stay. We enjoyed our visit and would stay again. Only thing I would note for those that it would matter, is that the listed grill is not full size but rather a small portable charcoal grill."

"The home where we stayed was very nice. We had everything that we needed. South Beach was incredible. The location of the home provide easy access to East Beach and South Beach. The kitchen was well-stocked and YouTube TV was very easy to use. The octopus shower head was an added bonus. Bald Head Island is an amazing place and the stay in this home was fantastic. Finally, the communication with the owner was top-of-the-line! We hope to come back."
Panoramic Ocean Views - Close to BHI Club and Shops - Two New Golf Carts

"My husband and I truly enjoyed our week in Villa 45. It was ocean front with gorgeous views of South beach and right next to the BHI Club. The Villa was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped, I am a cook and enjoyed having almost everything I needed (except for a whisk). We were happy with the new golf carts and the beach towels found in the closet, and the beach chairs, we also made good use of the new grill outside. Our king bed was also very comfortable, and I like the bed cover and pillows. Overall we were very happy with the stay, and found the villa reasonably clean, but it is time for a serious deep clean. I know it is late in the season. It can also use some upgrading, the bottom kitchen cabinets are falling apart and the walls can use some touchups. The decor was nice overall but could use some tweaking, such as a new area rug. Our host Katie was very attentive and immediately came over to fix some minor problems. We will definitely rent again. Thank you for having us."
