Beautiful, Oceanfront Home, Perfect Location near Downtown KPT!

Look no further, you have found your perfect Maine retreat! Relax in the Oceanfront yard around the fire pit, listen to the ocean waves and feel the beautiful breeze. Step inside our 4.5 bedroom, 3.5 bath (plus outdoor shower) beautifully renovated home: Brand new hardwood floors and plush carpeting, custom built in banquette with custom real sap wood hand cut table, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and coastal, modern furnishings. Kitchen has been completely updated and has every amenity you will need to entertain your guests, including a Vitamix blender, tea kettle, coffee maker, and bakeware. Other amenities include complimentary paraben free, organic body wash, shampoo and conditioner in every shower, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, bath towels, linens, extra blankets, etc. Relax by the fireplace in our spacious living room, overlooking the Atlantic ocean.
We are perfectly located steps between Mother’s Beach and Gooch’s beach or your own private rocky beach directly out front. Enjoy walks along the ocean every day, and to Kennebunkport town. Or hop in your car and head downtown and enjoy the amazing restaurants and shopping. We have private parking for 2 full size cars.

Sigh! The ONLY downside of staying at Ashley’s beautiful and very comfortable beachside home was that we had to leave! This home was perfect for our large family, which included our adult kids and our grandchildren. The location is ideal, between two beaches and easily walkable to the playground—and to town when you want a bit more exercise. We especially appreciated having different spaces to gather (one for conversation and the other for reading). The dining banquette was great for family dinners and we had a lobster feast on the back deck. The bedrooms and beds were comfortable and well configured for our large group, and we made use of both the full-sized crib and portable crib. I know the kids are going to be missing the firepit after enjoying it every evening. Truly…I can’t think of a thing I’d want to change about the home or our stay. Thank you, Ashley, for being so available to answer questions and for making us feel so at home.

The house is wonderfully situated on the water. There’s a street between the house and the Water. The views from the house are incredible. The house is very modern and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well furnished as are the linen Closets. The garage Is full of Beach related necessities. There’s an extra refrigerator in the garage also. The beds slept incredibly well and the air conditioners really helped on the warmer days. The lawn is beautiful and well landscaped. The fire pit in the front is great for setting in the evenings with a glass of wine surrounded by family and friends or solo with a nice book. The multiple steps in the open part of the house can be quite a hazard for young children or older people. I set up barriers to alert my husband that stairs were coming. This was basically putting dining room, chairs and towels on the floor. The host was very responsive to my communication.

Quintessential Maine Visit

Such a beautiful home for our trip with family & friends! Plenty of room for us all, and close to amenities. Walkable to the cutest beaches, one of which has a playground for the kids! A short drive to Kennebunkport, an adorable town with plenty of dinings, shopping, and views. And the venture a little further, Portland is not far either. 10/10 would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful Stay

This is our 3rd summer in Kennebunkport and we are a large family with 4 children of various ages. We had such a wonderful time at this property and Ashley and her husband were very responsive. The location can't be beat, and the house was terrific. One of our kids is 2 years old and there are steep stairs, but we just kept an eye on her and everything worked great. We would definitely consider staying at this property again.

Great house! Perfect location

We have been coming to Kennebunk for years so know the area well. We knew ahead of time how convenient this house is to town, restaurants, the beaches, KBIA (for our kids). It truly worked so well for us. The house layout is works very well too. It has a big dining table we could get us and our extended family around… plus a generous living room space and sun room. We used the kitchen, grill and outdoor deck as well… and we loved the fire pit. We were very comfortable there for the week. The host has thought of everything… including beach towels and chairs. There’s even an overflow fridge in the garage! We had a wonderful week!!

Great House & Perfect Location

This place is the perfect location for your beach experience. We traveled with four adults and five kids. This house was perfect for everyone. There was plenty of space for the kids and the adults. With the fire pit at night and the outdoor shower, it was a great place to stay. We had a few issues upon we noticed throughout our stay and the owner resolved them very quickly. If we plan another trip to Kennebunk, we will be looking at staying here again.

Fantastic place and location!

We booked this home for 2 weeks with our family and kids. The property owner is so friendly and helpful and the home is beautiful! The location couldn’t be any better as it is walking distance to 3 beaches and a playground. The drive into town takes 5 minutes and you’re surrounded by restaurants and great shops. The house was equipped with everything we needed: beach equipment, crib, pack n play, grill and everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. I couldn’t recommend this place enough and we would 100% stay here again!
