If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. If property issues are brought up at the end of the stay, no refunds will be applied, as it was not brought to our attention to address.

SECURITY DEPOSIT :
A security deposit of $500 will be collected 3 days prior to your checkin date. This will be a HOLD not a charge on your credit card. In the event there is any damage to the property or broken house rules during your stay your card will be charged accordingly. The hold will be automatically released within 7 days after your departure. If there is no damage or violations, there is nothing you need to do. Please note that CITYBNB reserves the right to charge a higher amount up to a maximum of $2000 to the method of payment if the damage deposit is insufficient to cover the claim from the payment method on file.

Great Location
Beautiful lake view and central location to restaurants, breweries and coffee shops. Roof top patio had an amazing view and perfect for BBQ and sunset with a drink. Rates were reasonable as well and were not over the top like some out there. Would come back for sure.

This is a lovely, well furnished apartment with all the amenities you need. Its a short walk to the vibrant action in downtown Kelowna with a terrific view of the lake and a perfect terrace to enjoy an evening glass of wine. Highly recommended!

Ladies Wine Weekend!
Three late 50"s ladies enjoyed two wine tours with VIVID wine tours and have hours of waterfront balcony conversation to sift thru! The condo was quite helpful prior to our visit when we had concerns regarding the cancellation policy due to the impending West Jet pilot strike. Our concerns were answered swiftly and thankfully it turned into a non-issue. Everything that was needed to provide a very comfortable stay was on hand. Two small issues to be aware of : 1) You will check in outside of the building by providing your name and unit number via intercom. At the time of our check-in there was quite a bit of construction noise from the adjacent building which resulted in some amusing yelling between ourselves and the intercom in order to be understood. 2) Our unit had a very loud "windy" sound originating from the hallway which varied in intensity throughout the day and evening. It became quite annoying by the end of day 4, really only an issue for whomever sleeps in the small bedroom or perhaps on the sofa. These were minor hiccups and would not prevent us from booking this unit in the future.
