Villa Lithi is an attractive 3 bedroom villa located in the village of Svoronata, ashort drive from the airport and only 5 minutes’ drive from the popular sandy beachesof Ai Helis and Ammes. The resort centre, as well as a mini market and several restaurants, are all within a short walking distance. The villa interiors offer lots of character and colourful touches. Outside, the impressive pool terrace and BBQ area are set in the middle of the villa’s expansive green grounds. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the lounge and bedrooms are included.

Villa Lithi is located in the small resort of Svoronata on the South Coast of Kefalonia, close to the capital, Argostoli. Unlike most of the island, this area is very flat making it ideal to explore on foot. The village has a convenient mini market and several tavernas within walking distance. Just a short transfer from the airport and with 3 sandy beaches nearby, this villa is perfect for families. The livelier resort of Lassi is just a short drive away, with 2 more beautiful sandy beaches to visit - Makris Gialos and Platis Gialos.
