Beautiful cottage + amazing owners
Owners extremely friendly and helpful. Had questions before booking and after, owners replied back almost immediately. When arriving they messaged to check in I got in okay and to let them know if I had any other questions. It’s October so it’s cold the screen room was perfect for space of 9 people to be able to see the beautiful view, relax and stay warm. Each room had its own temperature for each guest to adjust to their liking. Lots of space, and accommodation for a great price in comparison to others bookings I saw. First time booking anything like this and all my friends were extremely impressed with the place, as was I. Would definitely book again, maybe even bring my dog up next time and would recommend others too!

Relaxing Fall Getaway
We all had a relaxing great time. The cottage was well-kept and equipped and has a great location protected in a small lagoon with great sunset views over the lake. With it so close to Fenelon Falls and Bobcaygeon, it was perfect for us for last minute groceries, dining at some great casual restaurants and hiking the Victoria Rail Trail. We would definitely go back. Pat and Harry were very nice hosts and quite welcoming. Thanks again!

Fabulous Rental
Property was exactly as listed - absolutely lovely! Great spot for a get away with family. Communication with the owners was prompt and pleasant. Cottage had everything we needed. Short drive into town with lots of shops and activities. Access to paddle boats and kayaks was a really nice bonus! We will definitely book here again!

Lovely family vacation
We had a wonderful time, the hosts were easy to get a hold of and checked in throughout our stay. The sunroom was perfect for the entire family to hang out in and provided a space for us to hang out after the kids went to bed.

Beautiful cottage
We had a lovely relaxing week. The cottage is very comfortable, clean and well equipped. The view from the dock and sunroom is beautiful. We didn’t use the boats but are available. It is a very quiet and pretty area and we had some lovely walks with our dogs. Very close to Fenelon Falls for shopping. We hope to come back sometime, perhaps when it is cooler! Pat and Harry were very accommodating and pleasant to deal with.

A nice relaxing cottage getaway
The location is perfect! Close enough to Fenelon Falls to enjoy the town, but far enough away to feel like we are in the country. The cottage was clean and had ample space. The bunkie was perfect for our teens to hang out in. We enjoyed lots of paddling with the kayaks provided, plus we brought our paddle boards. We also rented a WaveRunner for a day from the local marina. Communication with the owners was fast and efficient and we really appreciated that. Thanks again for a great week at your cottage!

Gorgeous view
Beautiful cottage, we didn’t need to use the a/c with the large windows and ceiling fans! Our favourite was the sunroom as we had a couple rain days! Very quiet area with lots of geese/ducks to watch even a crane would visit.. the fishing was great for live bait right off the dock. We just enjoyed sitting and watching the water and getting out of the city for a week! It was a very relaxing week!

Very nice place to stay
The listing is accurate and the property was very pleasant. The cottage is clean and well appointed. Communication with the owner was timely and helpful. The weather was cool and rainy so we didn't experience the local swimming but we really enjoyed the screened in proch. I would definitely recommend this property

Cozy cottage
This cottage was lovely and plenty of room for 3 sisters getaway in the fall. Nice to have a sunroom with wood burning stove, and gas FP inside too. All the amenities..nice area to walk too. Would go again!

Hi Peter, Thank you for choosing us for your vacation rental. Dated? The property is exactly as advertised, (as confirmed by prior guest) you complained about minor caulking in the sunroom which is part of getting it ready for winter. We were kind enough not to charge you extra for bring two dogs which you didn’t include in your booking, but yet you didn’t pick up after the dogs. The furniture in the cottage was rearranged which was not necessary, and few of our cutleries were found in the garbage. All the best! Pat and Harry.

Lovely cottage in a tranquil setting
Easy to find with amenities within a 5-10 min. drive. Very private location with a wonderful view of the water. Soooooo peaceful. A little issue with some garbage and an animal but Pat and Harry came down to the cottage and cleaned it up…Kudos to them! Overall a relaxing and wonderful time….would recommend to anyone! And thank you for the bottle of wine! It was a nice touch on our anniversary!

Comfortable Place to Stay
I stayed with my my adult kids for a week. We had a small boat that worked perfectly at this spot. Hosts were wonderful in the communication and supported us on recommendations in the area. The cottage was clean and comfortable and the layout worked well for us. Loved my coffee in the front sunroom.

Wonderful cottage rental
We had a wonderful week at this property. It was exactly as advertised which we appreciated very much. The hosts were quick to respond to any inquiries and proactively provided all the information we required. The cottage is fully equipped and the information provided made it easy to bring only what we needed. Cottage is lovely, well kept and close to all amenities. We would definitely visit again !

Vacation Rental
The property was enjoyable for our stay. We especially enjoyed spending time in the sun room. The cottage wasn’t as clean as you would hope when paying for a rental. (Surfaces not wiped and vacuum not run prior to arrival). The hosts responded promptly to communication. We were able to dock our boat right at the property. Overall, we had a nice time at this rental.

Wonderful Stay in Fenelon Falls!
Great property just off of sturgeon lake! Very cleanly, great amenities and overall a wonderful time had by all. Pat and Harry were very accommodating and were incredibly helpful when we had questions about the property. Friendly neighbours + fur neighbours as well!

Property Managers were very prompt with communications. Cottage was close to Fenelon Falls. Very nice view of the water from backyard. Cottage is well stocked with cutlery, dishes, etc.

Fall Getaway
This short mini getaway was something my family and I were really looking forward to. Not much planned to do when there but really enjoyed just taking in the scenery and the stay away from the busy city life. The cottage is in a great location, by the water and had everything we needed and more! The hosts were very easy to contact and very helpful when we had questions. Thank you!

Relaxing and clean
Description of property accurate. Pat was great to deal with during our stay. Brought our own kayaks and went across the lake. Beds are comfy. Kitchen has an abundance of kitchen supplies just need room to put your own canned food etc. In cupboards Very quiet and relaxing Very close to fenelon falls and bobcaygeon. Wilderness park in bobcaygeon nice short trails. Would recommend staying at Pat and Harry’s.

Exactly what we needed
The property is lovely, both inside and outside. The peace and quiet was wonderful, and the hosts seem to have thought of everything that would make our stay comfortable. Any time I needed to contact them I received a prompt response.We are seniors, and were there to celebrate a milestone anniversary. When we arrived we found a bottle of wine which the host left there to add to our celebration - a thoughtful touch!
