Check in was very pleasant. Beautiful clean and newly renovated rooms. Tempurpedic beds. Plumeria trees right outside of our balcony. Great shower with lots of space. Free breakfast included pineapple, papaya, grapes, coffee and raisin bread in the morning. Napili beach is 2 minute walk from the rooms by the pool. On south end of the beach is the Gazebo Restaurant which has amazing fried rice and pancakes. We found Napili bay had better snorkeling than Molokini Crater! Snorkel Bob's was next...

Really enjoyed our stay here.

Our first time in Hawaii. Really enjoyed our stay at Napili Village Hotel. Room is spacious and well appointed. Has kitchenette with all amenities. Very clean and great housekeeping services. Loved sitting on the porch with sights and sounds of ocean and birds. Loved garden oasis with swimming pool. There is a coffee shop next to premises, super convenient. Napili Bay and beach are just steps away. Communication with office and check-in was seamless. Mahalo nui loa Kalei and Erwin for being...

The building is kind of old but the staff there are really helpfull. We had a 2-bed condo style room and there is kitchen, in-suit laundry room and 2 bath. For this price I really cannot complain to have so much included. It’s a valuable place; however the bathroom is not super clean and the hand water sink is not running through the water.

The place was great. Clean and had everything we needed. Nothing too fancy but got the job done. Huge perk to have washer and dryer on each floor and they supplied tide pods. I’d recommend. Grounds were nice

Beautiful property, warm and friendly staff, great location.

Fifth time at Napili Shores, still a lovely place to stay. Quiet and comfortable, a friendly feeling about the place.

This property is beautifully kept, the pool and lazy river are amazing and the access to the beach at black rock is second to none. The hotel staff are wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a memorable one. I highly recommend the Sheraton Maui.

We had a wonderful experience here! Listening to the Luau at night time was awesome. Sunrise walks along the beach with coffee from the Royal Scoop! Superb time.

Front desk staff are wonderful - joe, Gwen. Restaurant staff super nice too (Adrianna). The relaxed character of the place is great. Loyalty abounds. Hardly anyone there is there for the first time. The beach is brilliant, yet there is lots of space on the grass and by the pool too- sun and shade options and never too crowded. Rooms are well equipped, basic kitchen perfectly sufficient, bbq's in convenient locations, laundromat on site, pool towels provided. The restaurant seems to be...

Beautiful resort! Rooms were well appointed. Kitchen well stocked, having a full size fridge and oven were beyond helpful. Pool bar was very expensive but the drinks were delicious! We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom unit for our honeymoon and it was lovely.

Very clean and safe for families and couples. Only a 10 minute drive back to main area of Lahaina. The kitchenette is fully stocked with everything you need to cook if you want to. The beach is one of the best in the area because a lot of the coast is very rocky along that stretch. It has great snorkelling. The waves are very big and fun for teenagers, but very dangerous for young children- so don't let them out of your sight. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They let us check in early...

Resort and staff are outstanding! We decided to go beyond our normal budget and, as good as it all was, it's difficult to fully justify the high price. We have had almost as good for considerably less. If you're looking for a top end experience and willing to pay top dollar, Montage is great.

Loved this hotel and think of it often! Was a very large compound so felt very resort-ish. The pool options were great and the gym was awesome! I'd recommend making dinner resos as soon as you can, we didn't and never got to try the sushi restaurant on site (and it was so cute - really wanted to!) A beautiful stay

Modern and upgraded suite! Our check in experience was great, we even received a box of macadamia chocolates as our welcome gift. For party of 4 the space was enough, we love that there are two bathrooms and both standing showers.
