There is also construction going on next door and is very noisy in the rooms on that side. We asked staff specifically for a more quiet room and they gave us a room next to the construction and when we asked for another room because of the noise from the construction, they pretended as if they had no clue about what we were talking. If the guide from our agency had not pushed for it, they would not have moved us. It’s a beautiful building, right in the heart of Thamel, and the staff go the extra mile wothout exception to make sure each stay is as comfortable as the last - they’re particularly good at helping with logistics and they’re always smiling!
