Very nice and newly renovated hotel in the heart of the city! The hotel staff was very friendly and had good suggestions on things to do around the city. Karlsruhe downtown is easy to explore and everything is walkable from the hotel. There is also a public transit station right in front of the hotel in case you want to go further. With the central location comes the only downside, it’s not ideal if you travel with a car as you can’t drive up to the front door of the hotel to unload and near by...

It is a brand new property (one year old). The rooms are small but ver comfortable and clean. Breakfast was well done with a great selection for most dietary needs. The lounge in the evening has a very quiet peaceful ambience. Most staff were very friendly and helpful. A couple front desk people were somewhat gruff of dismissive when assistance was sought.

In five weeks of travel in Europe we had our best sleep here.everything was clean, the bed was comfy and we could actually adjust the room temperature so it was comfortable to sleep. Breakfast was amazing! Quality, variety, quantity… We locked our power converter in our car in a locked parking garage. Front desk found us one! We would definitely go back again!

We chose the hotel based on price and walkability from the rail station. We walked to the zoo and took tram to main areas due to heat wave. Excellent value. Comfortablebeds and well designed room. Great air conditioning! Appreciated the kettle and coffee. Karlsruhe felt very safe at night. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel!

Great breakfast, staff are very friendly. One note, check-in time ends around 10:00pm, so if arrive at the hotel late after the time, need to prearrange the online check-in with the hotel.
