Photographs are of the actual villa. \- 1,575 sq ft of living space! \- Large lanai with beautiful table, 4 chairs and a chaise. \- Private and closest location to the beach. \- Ocean views from every room! \- 75" Samsung Smart TVs in great room and in the primary bedroom. \- 50” TV in bedroom 2 with Spectrum Cable TV. \- Complimentary fast wireless internet. \- Washer and dryer, iron and ironing board inside the villa. \- Central air conditioning with a de-humidifier and a heater. \- Ceiling fans in the living room and all the bedrooms. \- Community BBQs located by the pool. \- King size bed in primary bedroom, king size bed or two extra-long twins in bedroom 2\. Please NO smoking or pets! 2022/ELOG-2340(ZS) It is uncommon, but if anything in the villa is not working, we will order an immediate repair or replacement. Minor repairs are normally fixed by the day after you inform us. Repairs to major appliances such as air conditioning, washer, dryer, fridge, dishwasher, cooktop, and oven can take several days to a week, and on a few occasions even longer if parts are not available on the Island. We will refund 10% of the nightly rent, (not including tax) for each night the air conditioning does not work, and $30/nt for a non-working washer, dryer, or fridge, $20/nt for a non-working dishwasher, cooktop, or oven; and also do whatever we can to help during the outage. We have portable cooktops, a mini fridge, and fans in our storage room and will loan them to you if they are available. Beach items were included, although there was no wagon to help transport them. Not a big issue, but it would have made beach trips a bit easier.Communication from the management company was limited. After booking, I did not receive any messages through VRBO or email, even after reaching out shortly after reserving. I followed up a few days before arrival and was told an email had been sent, but the lack of communication beforehand was confusing and created some uncertainty.The unit was not as clean as expected, and the kitchen was minimally stocked. The pans were worn, cooking utensils were sparse, and there were very few seasonings, including no salt, which made cooking meals frustrating. The location and views were a highlight, but improvements to communication, cleanliness, and kitchen supplies would make this a much better stay. ##### Kami L. It was our 3rd time staying there. It’s a perfect relaxed location, wonderful walking path, great pools, and gym! This place was fully stocked with all the necessities, and everything we needed in the kitchen to be able to cook. Spacious for our family of 6\. It was fantastic! ##### Chelsea B. Check in was easy and the amenities are great. Away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to drive to Waikiki, Diamond Head and the North Shore. As advertised, it had great views and the pictures were accurate. Very clean and had everything you would need for your stay. The check-in was easy and the overall property was nice and great staff. Everything is extremely clean, no odours, beds are very comfortable and the AC works like a charm. Kitchen has all plates/pans/utensils needed if you plan to cook in the very large kitchen. The pools are great and we used the 3 hot tubs more than we thought we will ever do. There is decent snorkelling just off the beach with turtles, eels, and many fish.
