Home of Ko Olina Golf Course which hosts the Lotte LPGA tournament each year and the Ko Olina Marina, you’ll find plenty to do. The Ko Olina Beach Villas are one of the newest and most exclusive ocean front condominium properties available for rent on Oahu and are about 25 miles from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki and Honolulu. An easy drive in to explore, but we think you’ll really enjoy the peace and quiet in Ko Olina in what’s quickly becoming the premier resort on Oahu. The Beach Villas are not time shares or hotel suites... The Beach Villas are individually owned, luxury resort condominiums on private property reserved for Owners and guests that are zoned resort to allow short stays in a residential setting on private property. This 3 bedroom and 3 full bath Ocean Tower Villa can easily accommodate up to 8 people (maximum occupancy is 8 excluding children under 2 at time of arrival from that total) with a the following configuration for sleeping: The Master Bedroom has an ocean view and attached lanai with a King sized bed and a luxurious en-suite private bath with a deep tub, double sink and separate shower. The 2nd Bedroom is a spacious room with a Queen sized bed with a hall bath which includes it’s own shower adjacent to the Bedroom. The 3rd Bedroom can be set up with a King or two Twin beds and also has an en-suite and private bath with a shower / tub. This floor plan is perfect for traveling couples, families or friends who will each enjoy their own private bath and 1,500 sq feet of pleasure. The living room has a memory foam queen sized sofa bed if needed for your guests or family. We also have Pack N Plays, high chairs and strollers for the smaller guests. Located on the 2nd floor of the Ocean Tower on the Marriot side, you’ll love this villa’s closeness to the beach and views from the Lanai with comfortable lounging furniture and access from the Master Bedroom or the living area . The entire interior of this villa was updated with new furniture and décor. A dining room table for 8 with additional seating at the kitchen island and it will give you a great place for gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen will let you make and enjoy whatever you feel like making from the kitchen with top of the line appliances. There are several BBQ's located around the pools if you like to grill. Large TV’s in the living room and all 3 Bedrooms with cable and WiFi will let you enjoy the modern conveniences while relaxing in paradise with 1,500 square feet to spread out in. The 18 hole Ko Olina Championship Golf Course is right across the street and if you want to golf while you’re out here. While we realize that you have many choices for accommodations for your vacation, the value and amenities of this property may be hard to beat with up to two parking spaces, printer in the room, snorkeling equipment, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels and an ice chest are all at your disposal to use as you explore and enjoy. At the Beach Villas, your reservation will entitle you to access to all amenities including 2 pools, 3 spas located around the pools, BBQs and a fitness center with men and women private lockers which each have a steam and sauna as well as showers and lockers (including a fully accessible shower. Daily activities around the resort itself, a world class marina with plenty of fishing, diving and charter opportunities. A Ted Robinson designed Golf Course and the Disney and 4 Season's resort on the next lagoon if you are interested in some fine dining. The four lagoons with their manicured crescent beaches are a swimming and snorkeling paradise and great for folks who want a calmer setting or for parents with younger children. The Beach Villas at Ko Olina has a friendly onsite staff who will do all they can to have you feel right at home. You'll be greeted when you arrive and we'll help you get settled and answer any questions you have when you arrive. My parents are in their late 60s early 70s so the easily walkable distance to the lagoons was great for them, and it was nice being based out of a resort away from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu, but still close enough to get there for dinners and excursions. The condo was perfect and the spring break weather couldn't have been better. Shane greeted us when we landed brought our luggage up and walked us through the villa. The resort was beautiful and everyone was so accommodating and gracious. The villa has 3 spacious bedrooms with extra blankets, pillows, towels and Evan an air mattress. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Pictures and description were spot on. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen was well stocked. Ko Olina is truly paradise on earth and the Beach Resort condos are beautiful, quiet, and serene. The property manager was helpful and responsive. Walking distance to great restaurants, shops, walking path, and the Paradise Cove Luau. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. It was an easy trip from the airport. It had it all. Unit is on 2nd floor. Easy walk to pools, hot tubs, beach/lagoon, beach bar with entertainment. Convenient parking.The unit was a good fit for us. Visiting my son in military. Enough space for adult children and relatives to spread out and enjoy everything on property and off. I would book it again in a heartbeat! Don't wait. This is the one!! Beautiful beach with grass and trees for shade. Great for swimming, sunsets, and walks/run on the beach with the concrete path. Close to shopping (groceries, food, etc.). Great location away from the noise. Only complaint was that the cleaning could have been better. When we arrived there was sand left over from the previous guest inside the dressers. The host did include toiletries and cleaning supplies but with 6 people staying for a week we ran out of toilet paper and trash bags within 4 days so it would be nice to supply more of those items for future large parties. ##### Lauren D. Everything is about a 45 minute drive but you are outside of the metro feel of Waikiki which makes things more relaxing. Unit is spacious and pretty well stocked. It’s second floor back by aulani drive and faces the open field with a partial ocean view. Only two complaints were- there was 1 coffee pod for the Keurig when we checked in and no coffee on site. Also, check out is 10am and security wouldn’t let us stay on property and use the pool til noon when we were leaving for the airport which I thought was ridiculous. The property manager that met us at check in was very nice- aside from that we didn’t need to communicate much. Aug 9, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Short of “1st Class Luxury” but still 5\* Our conclusion first: this is a terrific place to book for a small family reunion and we definitely recommend it. The resort grounds are more peaceful and naturally beautiful than the Disney resort next door and the accommodations met the needs of our 3 couples with one child. The service is very responsive and helpful. The best parts of the condo were the outdoor balcony, the spacious interior with a bathroom for each bedroom, and the beach amenities. We don’t consider ourselves to be bourgeoisie but do believe that the title “1st Class Luxury” was stretched in the condo. The furniture was not comfortable (ie beds) or dusty, the vents and shower curtains were a bit filthy, the electronics and wifi were dated and inconsistent, and many appliances were not consistently serviceable during our stay (stove, dishwasher). If you can get past those details and focus on the beautiful island experience, this is definitely a 4.99 star stay we recommend. Just saying they can up their game a bit. ##### Benjamin E. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to stay at Damian’s condo. We were greeted by Shane Lewis who was the manager on site. He was very welcoming and punctual! From taking our bags up to walking us through the entire condo, Shane was top notch and very attentive to our needs. The condo was the perfect size if you’re traveling with a good size family. We traveled with our 20 month old, 3 year old and 2 older cousins. Something that wasn’t mentioned that should be, is that there are beach chairs, kids beach toys, water wings for kids and bodyboard. There’s also a pack and play in the closet! There’s 2 master bedrooms which was amazing and the third bedroom acted like a master! The most important aspect of Damian’s condo is the convenience of the pool area and beach! We spent hours at the pool and beach everyday. The kids absolutely loved it! It’s definitely a deal maker if you have little kids. Even teens!! I used the gym everyday and ran on the path every morning to get rid of the many Rainbow Drive Inn mixed plates we ate! Overall, if you’re thinking about renting Damian’s condo…..JUST DO IT!! I promise, we will be renting in the very near future when we visit home again. ##### Ryan T.
