Vacationing with our adult children
We loved our stay and the golf cart rental. Plusses include the lagoons, market place, separate bedrooms for alone time, the community was beautiful and felt very safe. The food and grocery locations are very convenient, as well.

The Property was better than expected
The property was better than expected. Beds were very comfortable and the sheets were nice. There was a garage door opener and key fob for the pool area in a dish on the counter when we walked in. There are beach things like chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards in the closet on the porch. I did not know that until the second or third day because I assumed it would be locked. The tv's were smart so we were able to log in and watch the same services we use at home. Other guests who stay here should make more of an effort not to put sandy things in the washer or dryer. Guests are going to break these appliances. When we checked in both were very clogged with sand and I wish I could have done more to get it out. I shake everything outside and rinse especially sandy stuff before bringing it in to clean and suggest other people do the same. We would stay here again. It was lovely. Very quiet neighborhood and in a resort area so people are used to temporary neighbors. Trash came twice a week which was also nice.

Amazing stay in amazing location
I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property and all those involved with it. This is my first time using Vrbo so I was a little nervous, but the manager was so helpful throughout the whole process. Before the trip even happened I adjusted the dates twice, and they adjusted it no problem and never even complained. Upon arrival check-in was very smooth, and there were so many things within that location that they had already provided, such as towels, soap and shampoo, and so many other amenities that I was so grateful for. The property itself is beautiful, everything was kept super clean, even my mother-in-law who is wary of Home rental type situation was very pleased. We even had one situation where there was a slight leak coming from the air conditioning, and they sent people over immediately to fix the problem and it all went very smoothly. The house itself is in a wonderful location surrounded by all the best Resorts, which made it so easy for us to get to places that we needed to be. Overall I can’t recommend this location and it’s property management team enough, and I hope to be back soon!

Clean house and nice location
The house was great. Kitchen could have been better equipped. There wasn't a cutting board for example. Also would have been nice to have a hose available but other than that, no complaints

Great stay!
Overall we had a great experience staying here. The place was exactly as described and very clean. Some of the mattresses were pretty uncomfortable (the king bed was fine). Quiet hours were strictly enforced by neighbors (ie no laughter on back porch after 9 PM). It was too far to walk with beach gear to the lagoons but if you drive over first thing in the morning you can get a parking spot. Highly recommend a character breakfast at the Disney resort if you have little ones!

Dream vacation
This condo was a perfect choice. It was clean, communication was always a quick response, the location is in a very nice area with beaches, shopping and restaurants close by. Walking thru the neighborhood made me feel like I belonged with any of the neighbors I ran in to being so friendly and helpful. I plan on returning here. After staying here I may never stay in a hotel again!

Pearl City Girl Returning to the Aina
Awesome time. I've stayed in a couple of these townhomes in Ko'olina Golf estates when I return home to Hawaii from the mainland and this one did not disappoint. Lenny was cool and the place had everything we needed. We have 4 kids so having everything means a lot. We even left a bunch of beach toys, mats and a boogie board for future guest. Granted the property already had a lot of those items. Was skeptical about the review that said there was not enough dishes etc. Because it wasn't true at all. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be welcomed in the future! 😊🌺🌴🐬

Quiet place
We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was perfect for our family and my parents, quiet, clean and not overcrowded. If you are looking for a place to rest, this will be perfect for you. But if you want a real beach feeling, you may not like it so much. The lagoons were nice, but didn't feel like a beach, which wasn't an issue because only my daughter and I like the water. It wasn't crowded at all on the week we stayed. The condo was well equipped with all we needed, there are grocery stores and restaurants within a 10 min drive, we had half of our meals at the condo. Beds were really comfortable, I usually don't sleep well in hotels and I felt like I was home. The best part about the condo for me was how clean it was, please keep the good work in keeping the place like this and you won't have problems renting it out! Plus they have central A/C!!! We definitely recommend the condo and would stay there again.

Accommodates 6 people, but only 3 plates, no kettle, few cooking spoons etc, seating for 4 people in lounge and 4 people on verandah to eat, so cannot eat together. Lighting in 3 rd bedroom very dim. No basics in kitchen like salt, pepper, sugar, coffee etc, for people traveling from overseas like us. Not sufficient toilet paper too. We were not informed that we could use the swimming pool in complex, or that there was one.! We were expected to wash our own linen and dry them, but we were unable to, as we had an early flight, and had to leave the house by 4.00 am.

There are two sets of 6 plates in the condo. The condo can sleep up to 6 people and we are not responsible for providing you with salt and pepper. When you arrived, there was toilet paper in each of the toilets however we are not responsible for continuous supply of toilet paper. The lights are dimmable so you just had adjust the setting. We were always available to answer these questions. The pool key was right there on the kitchen counter and it is labelled. There is no way you can miss that. We do not have a kettle but we did have a coffee maker.

Very central and nice site ( only thing is the neighborhood)
The town of Kopolei is very central if you projected to explore the whole Island . Nices lagoons near on ( specially #4) But on Ko' onlina, your immediate neighborhood don't appreciate the short term renters and you have to be very cautious about that.

Quaint rental unit
We were given the contact information for the property manager who I immediately texted and told him that we would be ready for check in at 4 o’clock. The owners email stated that we needed to meet with the property manager upon check-in to go over the House rules so I insured that we would be checking in at 4 o’clock. After two hours of waiting no one showed up so we carried on with our evening. There was one small piece of paper regarding house rules that basically spoke about the garbage and the noise level. Initially we were unable to find the full key and reports disappointed that we were not able to swim our first evening. I called and texted both the property manager and the owner asking about the pool key since it was not listed on the check in paperwork however we did not get any response back until the next afternoon which by then we had found The pool key hanging on the banana Hammock. The rooms were decent sized with ample room for us for adults and one child. The television remotes were a little bit complicated so if you’re not technologically savvy you may come across some difficulties using the televisions. The neighborhood was quaint but be forewarned that if you have two vehicles make sure they are smaller cars as we rented an SUV and it was too large to fit into the garage. The home was not as close to the beach as we assumed. It was exactly a 1 mile walk to the beach which was fine if you don’t mind carrying all the stuff with you as parking fills up early in the morning. Plenty pool toys and Snorkel equipment or available at the house for use. The complex community pool was very nice and well-maintained. In the description of the house it mentioned having breakfast on the patio with visions of palm trees and mountains however the 6 foot enclosed white fencing deterred seeing anything other than the backyard of the neighboring townhouse. A few minor bumps in our stay but overall was a very pleasant stay and for the comfort and price I would recommend this rental!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was well located, close to the beach and Many tourist sites. Very well equipped with beach accessories, comfortable furnishings, a decently equipped kitchen and more. Would recommend/stay again.

Great Condo, Great Location
This condo suited all our needs. We were a family of 4 with 2 young children. The kids were very happy they had Netflix on 2 of the TV's. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed as we had a majority of our breakfasts and suppers in the condo. The beds were all very comfortable and it was great to be able to park in the garage. We used the pool a few times and it was great! Being close to the 4 lagoons made our days really easy. Although you do have to get there early to get a parking spot. We are early risers so it was fine for us. But no later than 9 am would be our suggestion. It was a close drive (5-10 min) to Kapolei to go to Target, Costco, McDonalds, Starbucks etc. We also tried Monkey Pod and Island Vintage Coffee which is a 2 min drive, both great. We would definitely like to come back and stay at the condo.

Well stocked kitchen and linen closet. Appreciated the beach toys and chairs. 5 minute walk to beautiful pool and BBQ area. Close to Paradise Cove Luau and resort eating and shopping center. Recommend post photos of the pool area, it was so nice and put more stools at the kitchen bar.

Air conditioning and laundry room was awesome to have as you don’t get that in every property would definitely recommend and stay here again.

A Great Place to Stay
When we first walked into the house we notice that it had a fresh clean smell. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The house was very roomy, We had three teenage girls on our trip and they found one room was enough for all three of them to stay in comfortably. The girls also enjoyed the pool which was close to the house. The pool and hot tub were very clean and well kept even though there were families using it through out the day. The distance to the different lagoons was close enough to walk but parking at the lagoons was limited.The lagoons were very peaceful and the water was perfect even just to relax in.There were a variety of restaurants to choose from and the ones we did go to had great service and food. The house was very comfortable to come back to especially after going to many tourist places.The tourist places were easy to get to from the house using GPS on our phones that helped us avoid traffic.If I were to ever come back to Hawaii I would definitely stay here again.

Great location!
We were very excited for our trip to Hawaii to see my older brother get married. I searched extensively for the perfect spot to spend our 9 days in Oahu. A few days before the trip we got the “details” for the condo, i do wish the “details” were disclosed initially because I would have stayed somewhere else most likely. The condo was in a great, safe, beautiful, quiet area. We were unaware that “quiet hours” were from 9pm-8am (residential rules) now my family is very loud and we felt that we had to basically whisper so we wouldn’t get in trouble and when my brother and New sister in law came over to visit we got kicked out of the pool area at 9pm sharp, cutting our evening short. The pool area was great, usually was just my family there. The condo was very nice and slept the six of us without a problem. My only complaint was the two queen beds (especially the second one) was super hard, so we rotated beds so two people weren’t completely sore at the end of our stay. I was slightly disappointed that it wasn’t disclosed there was no grill at the condo. The pictures were deceiving because there were communal grills at the pool area but you’d have to get there early and claim a grill and sometimes people would hang around a long time. The lagoon wasn’t very close but it was only a short drive but parking is limited. Overall I think I would stay in the Ko’Olina area again.

Really nice place to stay for relaxing getaway.
This was a great option for us. We had plenty of space and was able to use the grill at the pool to cookout. We were about 45 min away from most places we wanted to travel to due to traffic not miles, but we didn't mind the drive as it gave us nice views of the island. The worst was around Honolulu so staying there would have been worse getting in and out, plus more expensive. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and a Walmart and grocery store to stock up. The unit had many of the basics and laundry detergent was also provided. While we didn't have an oceanview, we did have a nice place to stay and the pool was very nice and right around the corner from the unit. The lagoons were a short distance and we could be at them in less than 5 minutes. Beach towels were available as well. Snorkeling sites were within a few minutes drive from Ko Olina as well or you could go to North Shore and see the sea turtles. Very nice place and we would definitely stay there again.

We rented this townhouse for 12 days in March. It is very clean, updated, great location. Pool was a block away. 4 lagoon beaches with free parking a 5 minute drive away. It was very comfortable for our family.

Best place to stay
We stayed in this town home in late November 2017. It is very comfortable and clean home, perfect for two families. It's located 5 minutes from the nicest beaches, best for snorkeling, good for kids of all ages, pool and barbecue area are in the facility. Especially we liked Lagoons with no waves, where our kids stayed for hours. There are a lot of good restaurants near by the town home. The host Gina was very nice and helpful. We definitely come back.

Vi var här i nästan 3 veckor. Härligt klimat, underbar miljö och fantastiskt vatten. Bokade nästan 1 år i förväg. Huset var fint, fräscht och låg i en fantastisk omgivning, grönt och fint. Det som vi missade att tänka på var hur huset var utformat. Det fanns ingen naturlig matplats. Huset var för 6 pers (vi var 5 st) och man vill ju gärna sitta med varann o prata och äta. Det gick inte att sitta ute på uteplatsen då den inte riktigt lämpade sig för det; för liten och för varmt. Det var en kväll vi spelade musik till klockan 8! Då blev det klagomål från grannen. Vi var beroende av bil hela tiden. Det fanns givetvis badställen i närheten, men inte så mycket mer. Vi åkte runt på denna fantastiska ö. Stränder fanns det gott om. Och väldigt vacker natur o vandringsleder som tom jag klarade av. Bra att veta: Det är dyrt på Hawaii. Vardagsvarorna kostade mycket. Men, åh vad underbart det var där!!
