« Hôtel propre aux prestations basiques mais bonnes. En revanche, situation géographique assez éloignée du centre historique, avec des bus certes mais qui laissent toujours aussi loin des monuments à voir car arrêt excentré.... De plus, beaucoup de bruit et de travaux autour, notamment les matins, et des femmes de ménage bruyantes également.... Les jeunes femmes à l'accueil, polyglottes, ont été adorables et m'ont donné de très bonnes infos. »

« Hjälpsam och trevlig personal som löste att vi bokat fel och råkat boka ett singelrum för 3 personer. Vi fick ett dubbelrum och ett enkelrum bredvid varandra och sonen blev helnöjd över eget rum. Stupava är ett mysigt litet samhälle med supergod gelato utanför hotellet och gångavstånd till flera restauranger med bra service och god mat. Bra parkering på innergården av hotellet. »

« Clean and comfortable room. Very kind staff. Coffee and bottled water provided in room. Free coffee and water in reception. They left us a bottle of prosecco and two champagne flutes in the room as a happy new year gift-lovely and appreciated gesture. Decent car park, at a reasonable price. The buffet breakfast was excellent. They had sparkling wine and real fresh orange juice so if you wanted you could have a bucks fizz breakfast. The tram stop was just across the road so it was very easy...
