Near Zion & Bryce Summary: This stunning home in Kanab is the perfect place to escape the hustle & bustle of everyday life! Centrally located to Zion, Bryce & the Grand Canyon. 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, ideal for families or groups of friends. With an open floor plan, granite countertops, intricate tiling in the bathrooms & state-of-the-art appliances in the kitchen, this home has it all. From the soaking tub inside to the hot tub outside, we've thought of every detail so that you can relax and enjoy your time with us. The Space: You will have no doubt you're in the Southwest when you stay at Mighty 5 Main! This luxury home offers incredible red rock views outdoors and incredible style indoors. It's approximately 1917 sq. ft. and accommodates up to 8 guests. Master Bedroom 1 - King bed, closet & luggage rack, Smart TV, workspace, ensuite bathroom. Ensuite Bathroom 1 - Double vanity, deep soaking tub, tiled shower with complimentary body wash, shampoo & conditioner. Master Bedroom 2 - "The Suite", private entrance, king bed, closet & luggage rack, Smart TV, ensuite bathroom. You can also rent our casita conveniently located right next door. The Mighty 5 Casita sleeps up to 6 guests. Guest Access: You'll receive the door code after booking your reservation. It's **VERY IMPORTANT** to read the instructions for the hot tub and cover. Any damage to the cover, clips and actual hot tub will result in an extra charge. Please understand that these are brand new hot tubs and for the safety of our property and our guests, we have cameras around the perimeter of the property. The Neighborhood: Mighty 5 Main is located close to Highway 89, but far enough away that it's a quiet neighborhood. It's set on a wide street with very little traffic. The neighborhood is wrapped in red cliffs, and neighbors are quiet and friendly. There are empty lots on either side of the home as well as behind it, so there is a nice feeling of seclusion. There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: Squaw, Bunting and K-hill, all offering wonderful views. As well, Jacob Hamblin park has a playground, field, pool with slides, splash pad, and tennis/pickleball courts; Kanab City Library is nearby and often has books for sale; Ranchos Park has great baseball fields; Best Friends Animal Sanctuary has great guided tours (they welcome donations). Also consider the local restaurants, bakeries, and ice cream shops. We love some of the local tour companies; they can make your travel time far more productive and enjoyable. Many of them even offer early morning pick-ups from Kanab. Equestrian and biking trails are also available. Getting Around: This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon. Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places. Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away. Other Things to Note: Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date. For the safety of our property and our guests, we have cameras around the perimeter of the property. Some of the cameras are monitoring the front/back door as well as the hot tub. Four WiFi access points are installed in the house; one in each bedroom, plus one in the living room / kitchen area. In the house, a wired Ethernet jack is installed in the west side of the kitchen island counter. ● Internet service to the property is supplied via a fiber optic network providing download speeds up to 1 gigabit per second, and upload speeds up to 100 megabits per second. ● Individual, dual-band 802.11 ac Wi-Fi access points are installed in each bedroom, providing incredibly high speed Internet access and 100% coverage to guest devices. ● Guest Wi-Fi networks are protected using WPA2-AES encryption for enhanced security. ● A wired Ethernet connection is provided in each home for guests requiring additional performance, up to the maximum available speed of 1 gigabit per second download and 100 megabits per second upload. ● TVs installed at the property are connected to the Internet using Ethernet cables, rather than Wi-Fi for optimum streaming video performance. ● Smart Locks, with guest codes, allow easy, keyless entry to the property. The location could not have been better for trip to Bryce, Pink Sand Dunes and Zion. Maybe one of the best rentals we have ever stayed at. House was super clean and real care was taken to make it a very simple experience to stay. Host was super responsive. I only worry about giving a good review, because we already want to come back and want to keep this hidden gem open and to ourselves. Thanks again for a GREAT stay. ##### Scott C. It was in a great central location for seeing Zion and Bryce and many other lesser known places. With 3 couples, the house was perfect with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The living area and the outdoor patio were perfect places to wind down! The view in the backyard was beautiful, and the night skies are amazing! It was wonderful to be able to park in the garage and leave our dirty hiking shoes there to dry! Everything about the place was wonderful and I would definitely stay again! ##### Jill W. Description is accurate and we found house convenient for access to Zion and Bryce as well as local recreation options. Rooms were large, beds were comfy and view out from the patio was beautiful. Recommended without reservation! We stayed five nights (all aged 60+…wife, sister and friends from Germany) and we all loved it. Very handy to grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants and more. We used this house as a "base camp" for some Utah adventures. It was a reasonable distance from Zion and Lake Powell and it is located in Kanab which turned out to have quite a few little adventure spots of its own! The house was beautiful! Each couple had their own king size ensuite so there was plenty of space and the living room and kitchen were perfect for hanging out together. The hot tub felt great after days of hiking! And the views of a mesa in your own backyard were ideal! We loved this house so much we almost didn't want to leave, the amenities and decor were top notch. We would highly recommend this house for anyone wishing to explore Kanab or places nearby. ##### Debbie P. Everything we needed for a week’s stay was provided, including coffee, paper products and detergents. The view in the back yard was beautiful and included a fire pit and gas grill. The beds were comfortable, too. We felt at home here. The location is perfect for day trips to the regions parks and tourist spots. I highly recommend this house. ##### Paul B.
