The Space: Designed with families in mind: Zion Adventure House offers everything needed for a memorable, magical vacation! In addition to four bedrooms and three bathrooms, you'll have access to the La Estancia community facilities, including an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, playground, gym and a brand new Amenity Park coming in summer of 2024\. You can also bring your pets with you on vacation, as this home is pet-friendly, and you can use the community dog park right across the street. Pet Policy: Pets are NOT allowed to be unattended in the home at any time, please understand and respect our policy. There is a $150 pet fee if you do plan on bringing your pet. The outdoor pool is closed for the winter from November 1st to the last week in May (all weather permitting). The Neighborhood: The La Estancia neighborhood is the finest in Kanab. Master-planned, it features a clubhouse with an indoor & seasonal outdoor pool, gym & recreation room. There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: Right outside your front door is access to the Toms Canyon/Cliff to Cliff hiking trail! Squaw, Bunting and K-hill are some other hikes within minutes from the house, all offering wonderful views. As well, Jacob Hamblin park has a playground, field, pool with slides, splash pad, and tennis/pickleball courts; Kanab City Library is nearby and often has books for sale; Ranchos Park has great baseball fields; Best Friends Animal Sanctuary has great guided tours (they welcome donations). Also consider the local restaurants, bakeries, and ice cream shops. Equestrian and biking trails are also available. Getting Around: La Estancia is just minutes away from the charming and historic Kanab center, with its award-winning restaurants and shops. Our guests can hike, bike and walk directly to everything the town has to offer. Hwy 89 is less than a mile away providing access to our world-renowned national parks and recreational areas surrounding Kanab. Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places. Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away. Other Things to Note: Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date. It's very important to note that there are VERY strict CC&R's established in the La Estancia neighborhood. You're welcome to park your vehicles in the driveway or in the garage. \- If you bring ATV’s, they CANNOT be parked in the driveway and MUST be parked in the garage. \- Absolutely NO parties or events are to be held in any of the houses. \- Tenants may NOT invite outside guests (friends or relatives not staying in the home) to use the common area facilities. \- Please be respectful of the neighbors who live in the community. We had a great stay at this property with four couples sharing the space. The home was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked, and we loved having a large dining table that easily fit all eight of us for meals and game nights.The bedrooms were cozy and well-appointed, though we would have loved to see king-sized beds in all the rooms for added comfort. The living room could also use more seating—we had to bring in chairs from the bedrooms so everyone could sit together.The basics were generously provided (laundry pods, soap, toilet paper, etc.), which was much appreciated. Huge, new, clean, and a great location. All in our family had comfortable beds and the pillows were absolutely top notch! The kitchen was well stocked too. The Zion Stays team was great to work with and were super informative and helpful about the property as well as area activities we could check out during our stay. The views from the property were amazing out both the front door and the back. I would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Kanab! ##### Dan V. Bryce, Zion and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon were each a perfect day trip, along with great excursions, state parks and local hikes around Kanab. This house was comfortable, clearly recently remodeled, great open living space for our two families of four to share. The owners were very communicative and responsive. The community is lovely, in a great location to still get to groceries, shops, restaurants. The pool and gym were handy, too. We truly loved our time here and would definitely stay at this house again. Big thanks to the owners for being such great hosts! ##### Angy P.
