The house is perfect for relaxing and provides a great base for excursions in the Lake Powell area. In our case (July), it was really hot, so we did excursions in the morning and late afternoon. The kitchen is well stocked. The house is in a small quiet neighborhood. We would go to the Lake during the day and come home to the house in the evening. It was a great place to relax, get showered, and enjoy some dinner. The kitchen was nicely stocked with cookware, dishes, and even dishes for the kids to use. We had one issue upon our arrival that was addressed very promptly. House was clean and appeared just as the photos/description showed. Bunk bed room was great for the kids and all rooms had space to spread out. Kitchen was nice and had multiple countertop appliances (air fryer, etc) although we did not use them.
