Guests will have full access to all of the amenities Catori Canyon has to offer (pools open June--October). You will receive a unique access code prior to your arrival to use during your stay.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
  
The Catori Canyon neighborhood is one of the finest in Kanab. Master-planned, it features pools, hot tub, pickleball courts, and a playground (pools open June--October). There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider some of the local hikes. Squaw, Bunting and K-hill, all offer wonderful views.  
  
Getting Around:  
  
Catori Canyon is just minutes away from the charming and historic Kanab center, with its restaurants and shops. Hwy 89 is less than a mile away providing access to our world-renowned national parks and recreational areas surrounding Kanab. Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places. Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
  
Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date.  
  
Please ensure the pool key, all pool towels, and pickleball sets are returned to the home before checking out to avoid additional charges.

• Pool towels: $20 each  
  
• Pickleball sets: $600 full set or $150 per paddle--please note: these are special paddles that keep the noise to a minimum  
  
It's important to note that Catori Canyon has established CC&R's. This is a brand new subdivision, therefore there is construction going on around the entire area so please be aware.   
  
There is NO parking on the street whatsoever. You are welcome to park your vehicles in the garage bay (room for 2 vehicles) and in the driveway in front of the garage.   
  
This is a NO SHOES home. Shoes must be taken off upon entering. Please understand and respect our policy.   
  
Kanab is situated in the "Grand Circle" area and known as the "Hub of the Parks", centrally located among Zion National Park (30 miles), Bryce Canyon National Park (77 miles), the Grand Canyon (North Rim - 80 miles). You can also visit Pipe Springs National Monument (21 miles), the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument (15 miles), Vermilion Cliffs National Monument (77 miles), Coral Pink Sand Dunes (20 miles), Kodachrome Basin (93 miles), Lake Powell/Glen Canyon Recreation Area (75 miles), the "Wave"/Paria Wilderness (50 miles), Horseshoe Bend (77 miles), Cedar Breaks National Monument (65 miles) and so much more. Please note mileage is approximate and may vary by a few miles.

Absolutely loved this property! The home was very clean and close to town. We loved the dark sky and views. The pool and hot tub looked fantastic and I swear we were one of the first ones to check it out! Hot tub and double pool with various depths that I think will be perfect in the summer. The Zion staff was extremely friendly and guided us to the home patiently when our gps failed to get us there. The garage size was mind-blowing and it was super cool to keep double the cars inside, and it could probably hold tripple cars. I can't wait till Tesla superchargers are in the area, we will probably visit way more. The welcome gift was absolutely unique and exciting for the kids to find! I do wish the property had furniture on the balconies to sit on, but maybe their HOA makes them stay empty because every single one was furniture-less on the balconies. Our only other wish for an upgrade would be for the master room to have a TV, but the living room ones worked just fine as a common area. Having a bunk bed would have been optimal for kids, but we made due with a blowup mattress and pull out couch. We absolutely will come again!
