Ocean Views - G201 - Steps From The Beach!

  • Une offre rare à Mauna Lani Terrace: G 201 est un spacieux (plan d'étage C) meublé d'une chambre avec deux salles de bain complètes. L'emplacement au deuxième étage permet une vue sur l'océan, l'eau vive et Maui. La large véranda et le bar humide sont parfaits pour les réceptions en plein air. Volets en acajou du sol au plafond, armoires en teck, plafonds de 9’3 ″, armoires encastrées dans une grande pièce, construction en béton pour le calme entre les étages. Abri couvert pour une voiture avec armoires de rangement.

    Mauna Lani Terrace est entourée par l'océan, les anciens étangs à poissons hawaïens, le fairway n ° 1 et la nouvelle auberge de Mauna Lani, à distance de marche des boutiques, du spa et centre de fitness et du club de golf Mauna Lani. Un emplacement incroyable sur la côte de Kohala.

    Le grand salon et la salle à manger ont été repeints et recouverts de tapis (2019) et offrent des sièges confortables avec un décor hawaïen moderne et un centre de divertissement avec des téléviseurs HD dans le salon et la chambre principale. Le salon est complété par un canapé-lit.

    La chambre principale a un lit king size, une TV HD et une entrée privée sur la véranda. La salle de bain principale pratique dispose d'une douche et d'une baignoire.

    La deuxième salle de bain a une grande douche et la cuisine est équipée de tous les outils nécessaires pour préparer un petit déjeuner rapide ou un dîner à plusieurs plats.

Great location within Mauna Lani Terrace, wonderful ocean view, close to the pool but not too close. Condo had everything you need and was very clean. Nice, relaxing, upscale condo at Mauna Lani.

Beautifully appointed, kitchen is new and well-stocked with non-perishable items. View of the lagoon is stunning. The lanai is especially inviting and lovely. The walk to pool and the beach is short. We highly recommend this unit and hope to come back.

Outstanding Property, Location and Service

Property management team was outstanding with pre-arrival to stay to departure. Great location next to historic fish ponds, private beach and golf course. Fun watching whales and dolphins right off the shore. Will plan to return to this unit. Mahalo.

Photos and experience were 100%...great location! If you want to be on a resort and party hardy....not this condo! Quiet and relaxing and great location!!lovely views from the deck 24/7...fully equipted with anything you may need! Would stay here again without a dought! Thank you for a 5 star stay!!!

Outstanding location, beautiful property with great pool and bbq area. Condo was comfortable for two, with spacious lanai. Property manager easy to deal with and responsive. Kitchen requires renovation which we understand is happening.

Lovely Condo/Great location

Very well-appointed condo with an upgraded kitchen and new appliances. Great new TV as well. Easy walk to the best snorkel beach, tennis/pickle ball and restaurants at the Auberge. Communication with owners/property manager was excellent throughout the process. Would definitely book again for a one-bedroom condo with a view.

Heaven in Hawaii

We have probably stayed at the Mauna Lani Terrace Condominiums at least 20 times. This unit was our favorite of all time. It was decorated beautifully but it was also set up the best. It had everything you could possibly want in terms of supplies, toys and comfort. The view was amazing and we are grateful to the owners for making the enitre process flawless. We very much hope to return year after year.

Great condo with an ocean view. Most complete amenities ever in our 8 or 9 stays in HI. Loved having 2 baths. Great lanai. Only downside was a bit hard to find after dark (first night). Bldg letters could be more prominently displayed. After that, perfect.

Spacious condo near the beach.

The unit has a partial ocean view over pond and pool. From the parking area, it’s a close walk and two sets of stairs to reach. The unit has been mostly updated and has a nice, spacious feel and large balcony. It was well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, towels & snorkel gear for the beach. The beach is a 5 minute walk and the beach club cove area is a 10 minute walk. We enjoyed the proximity to the hotels and ate meals at all of them. The little shopping area is a quick drive or 10 minute walk and had good shops and restaurants also. Overall, it was a beautiful area and fun place to stay.

Amazing stay in Puako!!!

We had a great time at this property. The kitchen was newly remodeled, nice and well stocked for cooking in rather than dining out. The view is fantastic, seeing the ponds, pool and ocean from the lanai. The lanai also had nice outdoor furniture, where we had all our meals. We also left the sliding doors open at night to hear the ocean and feel the breeze. A key factor that brought me back from the first trip was how quiet it is. Even at mid-day the pool was nice and relaxing with only a few guests. I took multiple naps under the cabanas in the shade. I will be back again :)

A well-appointed condo in a lovely community

The condo was lovely and was really well-stocked. We did by basic groceries, but the kitchen had olive oil, salt, pepper and spices and a full range of kitchen equipment (including baking pans!) and sharp knives! It's a very short walk to the Mauna Lani hotel with its restaurants and to a lovely, sheltered beach. The pool is well set up and everything is very, very clean. There's a Foodland in the complex (2 minute drive) and it's a very short drive to the lovely white sand beach at Hapuna state park. We came in at night and had to search a little to find the right building, but that was the only thing that was trouble.

November 2023

G201 is such a great fit for us, that we booked it again for 2024. We especially enjoyed the comfortable furniture on the lanai. We had trouble figuring out how to watch Apple TV, but we got it. Property manager was easy to communicate with, I’m sure she would have helped with the TV, if we had needed it. The mattress & sheets were amazingly comfortable. We didn’t see boogie boards or beach chairs anywhere but we didn’t care, and there was a good supply of nice beach towels. This was our second visit to the terraces. We love the location, the walkability to the beach club (& hotel for lunch), the pool is never crowded, the grounds are nicely maintained, and it’s quiet & peaceful.

Mauna Lani Terraces G201

The condo is in an excellent location, walking distance to the Mauna Lani Beach Club and the Auberge Hotel. We particularly enjoyed the back patio overlooking the fish ponds and more distant view of the ocean.
