« L’appartement en soit est ok globalement mais ce n’est pas hyper propre, notamment au niveau de la salle de bain où les joints sont noircis et les robinets entartrés. Les couloirs de l’immeuble sont également assez sales et loin d’être accueillants. Sinon pour le reste globalement bien : literie confortable, hôte agréable, accès à la salle de sport et à la piscine. »

« The reception staff is helpful But the cleaning staff is not helpful Having stayed for 4 days, the conciergist and receptionist said that they would provide cleaning service for at least twice a day. But I can't see any cleaning service. THEY completely ignored us. Despite asking for a functional kettle, cleaning of toilets, cleaning of bins, they did just a simple registration. No proper arrangement until talking to the receptionist for thrice. You can consider this hotel when you accept...

"Une jeune femme qui nous a chaleureusement accueilli, nous sommes arrivés très tôt, comme la chambre n'était pas encore disponible nous sommes sortis découvrir la ville, puis avons reçu un mail pour nous prévenir que la chambre était disponible à 13h30\. La chambre spacieuse, propre, un très grand lit, salle de bain magnifique avec douche et baignoire. A notre arrivée on a pu se changer se doucher dans l'espace spa. Petit déjeuner incroyable, tout est frais, bon, de qualité. Le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours disponibles. L'hôtel est situé dans le centre, légèrement en retrait derrière le JW. Une expérience luxe, calme et raffinement. Malheureusement nous n'avons pas eu le temps de faire le tea time. Nous reviendrons. "
