« This hotel has many serious issues. The room and common areas had an unpleasant smell. The bath towels, pillows, and bedsheets were dirty and did not appear properly cleaned. Carpet is bad and dirty. The mattresses were worn out and extremely thin, with the springs almost coming through, making them very uncomfortable to sleep on. The three elevators are insufficient for the number of guests. Around 1 pm in the afternoon, it took between 45 minutes and one hour just to get into an...

« Expérience très décevante. A notre arrivée, pas de serviettes ni de savon, malgré le signalement effectué dès notre arrivée Ils nous ont fait croire qu'on allait les recevoir avant la fin de la journée et ils ont arrêté de nous répondre. Parait-il que ce problème de serviettes est récurrent chez eux (voir les autres commentaires). Nous n'avons pas pu nous doucher avant le lendemain, après plusieurs relances et aucune excuse de leurs parts. L'état de l'appartement était dégradée, surtout la salle...

"La chambre est spacieuse mais les draps n’étaient pas très propres. Des traces de brûlé sur le fauteuil… Le personnel à la réception n’a pas été très accueillant et les transats de la piscine sont vétustes. Le point fort est sur la vue de la chambre et celui de la piscine. "

"Expérience très décevante. A notre arrivée, pas de serviettes ni de savon, malgré le signalement effectué dès notre arrivée Ils nous ont fait croire qu'on allait les recevoir avant la fin de la journée et ils ont arrêté de nous répondre. Parait-il que ce problème de serviettes est récurrent chez eux (voir les autres commentaires). Nous n'avons pas pu nous doucher avant le lendemain, après plusieurs relances et aucune excuse de leurs parts. L'état de l'appartement était dégradée, surtout la salle de bain (dégâts des eaux)et le canapé. Attention : l'appartement est dans une tour géante, vous passerez pas mal de temps à attendre l'ascenseur."
