« Accueil de qualité, belles prestations. Cependant je n'aurais jamais choisi cet hôtel au tarif plein. Et je ne suis probablement pas la seule car nous étions quasiment les seuls dans ce bel espace. nous avons la piscine pour nous seuls toute une matinée!. Cet hôtel n'aurait-il pas intérêt au revoir ses tarifs à certaines périodes de l'année? Je n'ai pas apprécié qu'expédia prélève par carte bancaire car j'aurais souhaité payer cash à l'accueil. votre site n'est probablement pas clair sur ce...

« Nous avons reservé pour le nouvel an...trois nuits. Malheureusement une erreur dans les plannings de réservation a ete faite par la direction. Cest pour ca pas 5 etoiles. Nous avons du sejourné dans un endroit endroit pour la nuit du 31\. Mais ce ne sera pas 1 etoile mais bien 4 que nous lettons car une erreur est humaine...mais lequipe a tout fait pour nous satisfaire et nous avons ete satisfait du service de la jeune femme apres ce probleme. Personne très professionnelle, et nous avons ete...

"Très bel hôtel qui vient d’ouvrir. Les points positifs : gentillesse du personnel, hôtel très beau, bien décoré. Nous avions la chambre exécutive qui est très grande. Piscine sympa mais un peu petite Points négatifs : le petit dej pas très complets. Le 3 eme jour c’était mieux ils ont mis des croissants et chocolatine et nous avons eu droit à un chocolat chaud excellent et un verre de jus d’orange frais. Les 2 premiers matins c’était pas comme ça. Dommage que dans la chambre exécutive qui est chère, il n’y ai que 1 seul lit, nous étions 3 Le coffre fort qui se ferme avec le numéro de la chanmbre bizarre Les points négatifs "

"Prix élevé par rapport à d'autres hôtels de même catégorie dans le pays. Musique au bord de la piscine près du bar gênante pour lire ou se reposer. Peut-être collaborer avec des agences de tourisme pour réserver des activités dans la région (randonnées, visite de Kep, ballades à vélo, etc.). Le site web donnait l'impression que c'était le cas mais en fait non."

"Tout le personnel et son directeur Lundy, ont été au plus grand soin avec nous, nous avons été gâtés. Un hotel qui se démarque par son service exceptionnel. Le décor est magnifique, calme et paisible sur le bord de la rivière. Moment relaxant dans notre voyage."
