We booked and paid through Expedia. When we arrived for check in the room had a plumbing issue and no other rooms available. Expedia was unreachable, so the front desk person found us another room at a less desirable motel, but this took several hours and as such we didn’t get to bed till after 130 am and had to be up at 5 am. We also required an exterior plug in for our food truck which the motel had but they didn’t work and subsequently we lost all our product on the way to work a festival. Expedia refunded to compensate or even refund our stay. Will never book with them again.
