loved the staff, clean, and quietness
Was a bit disappointed about the size of the dining area as it was very busy and hard to find a table but in all fairness it was spring break
The property is always extremely clean, staff are very friendly and the free breakfast is always great. This was the first time we stayed there with our puppy and she was great. She usually barks at all the noises in hotels but the rooms are very sound proof and she didn't bark.
The property has a bit of smell both in the hallways and inside the unit. The bath tub drainage is pretty bad. After taking showers the feet remain soaked in soap water before coming out. Takes another 10 minutes for it to drain. Breakfast was good. Staff ere friendly.

The pool deck was so dirty the white tiles were brown. i mentioned it to two staff members and there answer back was that it was cleaned daily..... Or it needs to be pressure washed. Lobby floor was pretty bad too. Room was clean though just everything else was gross
The continental breakfast was fantastic. The room service was terrible and the pool and area was dirty. I tried to communicate with a staff member that we needed towels and some other items as it was 3pm and our room still was not cleaned but she didn’t speak English so unfortunately that was a much more difficult situation than it should have been although she was friendly and smiled I had to find someone else to try and help. It was very awkward as the other staff members that were around were on their cell phones and made us feel like we were a huge inconvenience.
Great staff, comfortable beds. Parking was a bit of a challenge. Not a lot of spots.

I used to stay at the Kamloops Hampton exclusively for 10 years before I retired. I am honestly disappointed with the way service has gone down hill. There used to be a lot of nice little perks like a breakfast to go and cookies at check in. Not anymore it seems. Ran out of breakfast this morning so all we were able to have was a banana and a coffee. Went to the front desk to tell them and no one was available. Not impressed

Everything is great and convenient location but only on vending machine worked
Our stay was great. We have stayed here before and always have nice clean room and good service from the front desk . Everyone friendly and helpful. We will definately stay here again
The check in was easy. The room was reasonably clean, tho we found a gummy bear by the bed. Next time I will request not to have a room near the elevator as I was awakened at 5:30am with people talking loud waiting for the elevator. We enjoyed the pool facilities
