"Overall, the hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. The free parking and location were both convenient. The pillow was a little too hard for my personal preference, but other than that, I enjoyed my stay."
Mercure Toyama Tonami Resort & Spa
"Brand new and excellent condition property, free onsite parking, superb helpful and welcoming staff, very good amenities, very fast internet, average sized room to Japanese standard, sumptuous breakfast, enough varieties for Vegans and Vegetarians. Value for money hotel. Just that the Breakfast Buffet food is only labelled in Japanese, thus need enquiry from staff about content and ingredients."
"Part of the Dormy Inn family, this onsen provided all the amenities to be expected of the chain, including complimentary drinks and snacks, ramen for supper, etc. The rooms were spacious and the staff professional and helpful, and the onsen provided unique experiences with many different set-ups."
"from the very start from booking thru to checking out, it was seamless, friendly and professional . The staff went beyond so that our stay was perfect"
Small Auberge & Hot Spring Spa Sakuragaike Kuagarden
Small Auberge & Hot Spring Spa Sakuragaike Kuagarden"Strange location, near small motorway service area but no access by vehicles to or from it. Huge car parking areas but in March these were virtually empty. Excellent pool/spa and onsen which is free for guests to use and is well used by locals. Posh downstairs lounge area next to restaurant. Staff very friendly and very helpful in the pool/spa area (need a hat for pool/spa but they do lend them. Not enough information given on the restaurant, which was open until 10 pm but took last orders at 8...
