She was very nice and easy-going and showed us to the hotel, since it’s located deeper inte village. The room was very clean and had everything you might need. "Happy to have found this apartment in beautiful Stegna. 3 beds, small open kitchen, bathroom (shower will make bathroom floor wet as no curtain) and a big private balcony over the width of apartment, I guess 9 m x 1.75 with the nicest smelling jasmine covering most of the railing. "I would not recommend this house unless you are able to sleep with a full bright light on. There is a 'safety light' which is inside in the living room. There are no doors between this and the bedroom and consequently the bedroom is so bright that both me and my daughter struggled to sleep. Other than that the property is ok. It's 10 mins walk from the airport, clean and had equipment for basic cooking."

"We loved this hotel! The staff were very attentive and welcoming . The buffet breakfast was amazing , plentiful and with great variety and choice . We had paid for a delux suite room and were blown away with the fabulous layout, space and size of wrap round patio with panoramic sea views . "Lovely resort, feels very premium. Staff are very helpful and friendly, the whole place is very clean. However, there were 3 areas the hotel was a bit of a let down. 1. There are many smaller pools with accomodation around them, this is really nice. Rooms immediately on the pool have their own sunbed, then there are additional sunbeds for general use around the rest of the pool. The problem is that if people staying in the rooms with their own sunbeds decide to use the general sunbeds the number of sunbeds for people not staying immediately at the pool are greatly reduced which is a bit frustrating. 2. The all inclusive buffet was very disappointing. The actual food itself was generally good quality however the problem was it was not replenished frequently enough, often they would remove a tray from the buffet and not replace it for at least 15 mins. Food was regularly running out which again was very frustrating and not an issue I have experienced at other all inclusive buffets before. 3. They offer all in lusive room service which is an absolutely fantastic idea. However, the execution was terrible. We ordered a burger, focaccia and sandwich at lunch time and the burger and chips arrived cold. I would definitely return to this hotel despite these areas that could be improved. We visited early in the season so I would imagine some of the food issues would not exist during high season."

"This is not an all-inclusive resort, it is semi-inclusive. You are limited to two restaurants although there are seven of them and once you use up your reservations you must eat at the buffet restaurant. Further, room service is not included (unless you count the water and few cans of soft drinks that they may refill daily). The Greek staff is generally rude and not willing to help, that being said the foreigners are much friendlier and assist whenever you ask. Overall, the resort was okay not the best but not bad. The spa services were nice and the two restaurants we were allowed to try had okay food essentially what you would expect in a hotel restaurant."
