It's spacious, fully-equipped, ocean view when you sit outside and off Ali'i drive, 2 miles from the Ironman swim start. 2 parkings spots were included but we chose to walk on Ali'i drive or take Uber when needed. Make sure you read recent reviews of this place, after the renovations to it. We were pleasantly surprised with the wonderful renovations that awaited us, new flooring, split A.C. and new features to the kitchen and bath. They also got a brand new sofa bed put into the unit. We had a nice family gathering at the recreation area, with all of the equipment necessary for a safe cookout. There's also a cool and breezy pavilion to sit under and talk story with family. After eating a nice lunch we took a refreshing dip in the pool. The property is very clean and Brad the property manager was very pleasant to work with. It was such an awesome stay! Nice view of the ocean. The wrap-around porch was so nice; we ate our meals out there every day. The condo is a bit dated, and is in need of minor repairs, but all-in-all, we were very happy with the accommodations. ##### Randall R. When we arrived we found out that the hideaway bed frame was broken so we put the mattress on the floor. Emailed 2 times and got no response.The contact number was out of service. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes. Wish there was a door on the master bedroom. ##### Delona B. The location of Kona Shores was very convenient to the eateries, shops and the event that we traveled to Kona for (Liliuokalani Race) along Ali'i Drive.
