STVR-19-345056 Kai Indigo Condo is luxury and elegance on a budget! This quiet third floor unit is surrounded by a beautiful forest and has fantastic views of the ocean. Our unit offers air-conditioning in the living room and overlooks beautifully manicured grounds with numerous native trees and flowers. The Kitchen is clean with a refrigerator/freezer, all the necessary appliances including a dishwasher to make clean up a breeze. Coffee, tea or a smoothie made in a snap with the, coffee pot, french press, electric tea kettle and a Rocket Blender. Stylish dishes, silverware, cloth napkins and glassware will allow you to set a beautiful table. Blue water views from the kitchen along with cookware, bakeware and utensils will have you cooking meals with ease. The condo offers everything you need to have an incredible holiday in paradise. Beautifully furnished with comfort and style in mind. Enjoy dining inside at the glass table with 4 comfortable chairs or outside at the cafe table with two chairs. Soft bed linens and plush cotton towels along with a comfortable king size bed allows you to truly relax during your stay. With mountain and forest views from the bedroom, its common to see a rainbow each afternoon. The master on suite bathroom has a large stand up tub/shower and double vanity that is very spacious. The open kitchen and living room are great for just relaxing and watching the waves roll in along the Kamoa point. A washer and dryer in the powder room, really adds to the convenience of the condo. There is free wi-fi with a new 59" smart T.V. in the living room for streaming your favorite shows and movies. We provide beach towels and a cooler. The 12 unit complex is really quiet with only a few full- time residence and majority of snowbirds that appreciate the calm quiet environment. The grounds reflect the style of old Hawaii with manicured gardens and all the conveniences of home. This safe, well lit and secure complex has a great barbecue area by the pool with tables and chairs to enjoy the outdoors. Across the street there are lovely strips of sand to bask in the sun and enjoy the cooling ocean breezes while watching for whales, dolphins and the local turtles that seem to love the tide pools directly in-front of the Kai Indigo Condo. This is a non-smoking property, the beach is close by and a better choice. The BANYAN MART is a convenience store located about 1/4 mile away from the condo, it has all the sundries plus wine and beer and a few local treats. The friendly staff with help you with all your needs. Keauhou shopping center and town are 3 miles in either direction with a plethora of dining and entertainment options including a wonderful farmers market with vibrant colors and unique gifts. The market has an abundance of local pineapple, mango, banana, papaya, and farm fresh goodies from local venders. We know upon entering the condo to a breathtaking view of the ocean, you will enjoy incredible sunsets from the large balcony where the view of the surf action at Lyman's can be mesmerizing. We are just steps from the sand!! As full time residents, we have plenty of suggestions to help you have a fun and memorable experience. We look forward to hosting you soon. Aloha! The condo was exactly as advertised- very clean, well supplied, comfortable. We loved sitting on the balcony reading or eating while watching the waves on the rocks. Niki was very available, making sure that our stay was perfect. We didn’t need anything from them but we knew they were just a phone call away if needed. Our hosts were very polite and made sure we had everything we need. The AC is nice. The property has a very nice balcony looking over a little bay. They also have an umbrella, snorkeling masks, and beach towels in the room. The kitchen was a big plus and had lots of utensils and dishes for us to use. What felt like a minor disaster turned out to be our great good fortune. Niki and Christian's condo was perfect for us. Clean, comfortable and spacious, equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our time on the Big Island to the fullest. Loved the blues of the decor, the wonderful art work throughout, the ocean views from the lanai - couldn't have been better. The location was great for taking daytrips around the island - north to the Kohala coast and south to the volcanoes park, as well as many beaches in-between. Appreciated the layout of the condo with washer/dryer and half bath as well as the spacious master bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed for our meals. and I loved the mirror wall when standing at the sink I could see the left side of the cove wave action as well as looking straight out the front through the lanai doors! There was great about communicating all info I needed ahead of time and are very nice people! I loved my view of the water and it was awesome eating dinner outside on the patio and watching the sunset everyday. I also enjoyed being able to go for a walk every morning on Alii' Dr. It's in a great area to get to downtown Kailua-Kona or to drive to any other part of the island. Magics Beach Grill close by had an amazing view and awesome food. Something to be aware of is that the air conditioner is in the front room/kitchen. I need air conditioning to sleep at night so I just had to run a fan from the living area and in the door of the bedroom (through the hallway) to get the bedroom cooled off enough for me. That may not be an issue for others and I still absolutely loved their place! And a bonus is that it was very affordable compared to many other places I looked at. ##### Debbie G. The condo has a great view of an area where people surf daily, sitting on the deck with coffee in the morning and watching the surfers was so cool. I loved hearing the waves while having dinner on the deck. The condo was very clean and well stocked. Snorkel equipment beach chairs provided. Location was great, little out of the town so it is quiet but close enough to get to everything quickly. Niki, the host, has great quick communication and gave perfect dinning suggestions.
