It was one of very few hotels recommended to me when I was looking for a hotel at the grand canyon. I was beyond frustrated to find that it was over an hour away from the Grand Canyon. That fact altered our trip and was a huge hassle to get back to the grand canyon as it was an extra 2 hours of driving per day from the hotel's location. Then I had to call up the maintenance man 3 times to help fix a terribly loud buzzing noise in our room. Lastly, I thought I booked a reservation with breakfast included and in the morning was told that breakfast was not included in our reservation. The only 2 parameters I was looking for in the reservation were proximity to the Grand Canyon and breakfast included. It was a huge disappointment to find neither were provided as offered.
