Kaibab National Forest Vacation Packages

The hotel was great. Expedia on the other hand, sucks. There was a mistake in the booking. I called Expedia to see if there was a way to fix it. The representative from Expedia said he called the hotel and that the hotel wouldn't refund for the money for booking. The problem? I was standing next to the owner of the hotel, and he was standing next to the phone. Expedia never called. They lied. I called them out on it, and they told me the person they talked to told them it was violation of there policy. The hotels actual policy was a they would refund all but 10%, as long as the hotel was notified 24 hours before the booking. I was the hotel 96 hours before the booking date. I then asked them if he could send it up to a supervisor, he called the next day and told me the best they could do was refund $13.00. So hotel is great, it is clean, the staff are great! However, EXPEDIA IS A SHADY COMPANY THAT HAD NO QUALMS WITH LYING TO ME. Even when I called them out.
