"The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The location of the hotel is excellent for visitors as it is near the bazar quarter(10 minutes walk) the coast (20 minute walking) an kültürpark and its museums (5 minutes). Metro is not far away either. The cons were the cleanliness of the hotel, which was far from satisfactory, and the fact that there is no parking, despite hotel’s claims that it has free parking. We had to leave our car in the streets near the hotel. "

"Odada halı çok kirliydi. Terliksiz dolaşmanızı tavsiye etmem. Duş özensiz ve kirliydi. Lavabo ve tuvalet pek hijyenik görünmüyordu. Sürekli rutubet, küf ve nem kokusu mevcuttu. Balkon ise güvercin yuvalarından dolayı çıkılamayacak durumdaydı. Odadaki bardaklar bile lekeliydi. Havluların kenarları söküktü. Kısaca mecbur kalmazsanız başka yere gitmenizi öneririm. "

"We chose thıs apartment complex because ıt ıs near to the publıc transport routes yet ın a quıet sıde street. It ıs a short walk to the Hılal Izban stop (the Izban lınks to the aırport and Selcuk (Ephasus)).The accommodatıon ıs basıc and the cookery utensıls are adequate, but the lıds don't fıt the saucepans. A prevıous occupant had stolen / broken the glass turntable ın the mıcrowave so ıt wasn't useable. The lady who was runnıng the apartments doesn't speak Englısh but she phoned her boss who...

"Öncelikle fotoğrafta görünen bina otel binası değil otelin yanindaki sağlık kuruluşunun binası. Otel binası bunun yanindaki ufacık bir apartman, resepsiyonu da yok. Oraya ulaştığımda check-in yapmak istedim ama kimse yoktu bende telefon açtım, uyuyan biri açtı telefomu, ben size döneceğim diyerek kapattı, 5-10 dk bekledim dönen olmadı tekrar aradım, numara atacağım şimdi size deyip yüzüme kapattı. Tekrar aradığımda da telefonu kapatmıştı yani otele giremedim gece yarısı çoluk çocuk başka otel...
