Bigger place than expected. Great all around.

This property was absolutely perfect! The grounds were amazing, with a beautiful lake with a sidewalk all around it for a nice morning walk. BUT the thing that stood out the most about this was the QUIET! This really was the most quiet peaceful hotel I have ever been to. So close to the city but offered the quiet of the country!

We stayed 6/12-14/2026. Check-in was seamless. There were 6 elevators that moved quickly over the 22 floors. We were on the 19. Room was clean and comfortable. On the evening of the 13th there was a massive thunderstorm move through with tornado warnings. The power switched to generator and the elevators stopped. I expected the hotel to direct us to a safe space but that never came. We also realized the amount of the statement we received was about $97 less than what was charged to my credit card. Then was charged for parking in addition to that!! Still trying to get that amended. Just a note; beware of charges when checking in and out.
