"C'était notre quatrième séjour dans cet hôtel, ce qui montre à quel point nous l'avons longtemps apprécié. Malheureusement, nous avons le sentiment que la qualité a baissé depuis nos précédentes visites. Le petit-déjeuner reste correct, avec des produits de qualité, mais il est devenu très répétitif d'un jour à l'autre, ce qui est dommage pour un établissement de ce standing. Nous avons également rencontré plusieurs problèmes avec le système de paiement de l'hôtel, qui ont généré des complications inutiles au moment du règlement. Le service de ménage était assez irrégulier : certains jours, il était impeccable, d'autres, incomplet (articles non remplacés, nettoyage partiel), ce qui manque de constance. Enfin, le jacuzzi intérieur contenait manifestement beaucoup trop de chlore. Après son utilisation, nous avons souffert d'irritations de la gorge et des voies respiratoires, ce qui a malheureusement gâché ce moment de détente. En revanche, nous tenons à souligner la gentillesse, le professionnalisme et la disponibilité du personnel, qui est resté très agréable tout au long de notre séjour. C'est regrettable, car nous gardons un excellent souvenir de nos précédents séjours. Nous espérons sincèrement que ces points seront corrigés, car cet hôtel a un vrai potentiel et nous aimerions pouvoir y revenir avec le même enthousiasme qu'auparavant."

"L'emplacement était très bien. La chambre correcte. Bureau avec cafetière et bouilloire + café et thé pratique. Par contre, pas d'ascenseur pour accéder au 2 ème étage avec bagages, le sèche serviette ne fonctionnait pas (ou nous n'avons pas trouvé comment faire). Et quelqu'un a claqué 5 portes le matin à 8h (touriste ou femme de ménage ?)."

"le personnel ( réception, restaurant ) professionnel, souriant, gentil, la chambre était propre mais trop petite pour 2 personnes, les lits simple sont destinés à des ados et non à des adultes pas d'espace vous êtes obligés de rester toute la nuit sur le même côté pour ne pas tomber par terre et c'est très désagréable, mais et ce qui est étonnant j'ai passé 4 jours sans ménage, personne n'est passé pendant les 4 jours même pas pour vider les poubelles c'était nous qui s'en chargeons vraiment pour un 4* c'est du jamais vu !! par contre le petit déjeuner est correcte ."
