"L'hôtel avait beaucoup de charme, il est très bien situé entre la vieille ville et le centre ville, tout est facilement accessible à quelques minutes à pied. La chambre était bien, propre et bien décorée. Cependant, le charme s'arrête là. Rien de particulier qui vient justifier les 5 étoiles de l'hôtel. Pas de machine à café dans la chambre seul du café soluble, une minuscule bouilloire, serviettes vieillissantes... Et surtout un personnel à la réception peu agréable, un spa plus que moyen et un manque professionalisme pour certains employés. Par contre, un excellent service de la part du personnel d'entretien, qui a laissé tous les jours, la chambre extrêmement propre et rangée. Un excellent petit déjeuner, rarement vu un aussi beau et grand buffet. Personnel très agréable et souriant. Merci !"
