The check in desk is on the 5th floor, but the lobby is on the 1st. It is unstaffed, with escalators out of service, so the guest has to find the elevators and figure out where to go to check in. It should have a sign up front to direct to the right floor. Also, both restaurant and bar seem to be closed at times with no explanation, even during hours of operation. Our rooms faced the street side across from Busan bakery. The only reason why i had given 4 stars were because: lack of food choices within the complex. There are choices, but not an abundant amount. And the choices available - including the featured buffet at Da Moim, was… subpar. Given the prices demanded, I would have expected a higher standard. Alas, there were other choices within a short driving distance.
