Unfortunately, details such as an updated email, and a payment method for a second payment for the balance due, were not passed on properly. Also, June Lake never sent us a welcome email (even to the old email), so we were not notified of a pending pet fee. In fact, we were not even aware that everything had been handed off until shortly before our arrival. Due to this, we spent way too much time on the phone with vrbo and June Lake trying to figure out what happened, what we owed and why it didn't all happen automatically. ##### Brad M.
