"We spent 3 days at the hotel,l was so impressed with friendly staff nothing was to much trouble. Rooms were clean and bright a nicely decorated. The complimentary breakfast was excellent so much choice. We had 2 evenings meal at the inn and wasn’t disappointed with any of them. I would recommend this holiday inn express as lm not easily pleased and l certainly was there.5\*"

"Everything about this hotel from the first email they sent to me to ask if there was anything I needed ahead of time to the checkout was incredible. I used to work for the Beverly Hills Hotel which is part of the Dorchester collection. I have extremely high standards when it comes to service and every single person I encountered in this hotel on the staff was professional, engaging and friendly. As an American who has worked in the service industry for 40 years, this was very refreshing. I have found most British service to be lackluster at best. Perhaps why this stood out in my mind so much. The room was incredibly tidy and clean. The hallways were bright and there were tiny little decorative touches everywhere that made all the difference. The Rose room where we ate breakfast was beautiful with custom-made flower chandeliers that reminded me of Chihuly. The waitstaff were delightful! I highly recommend a stay here. The value for money is great. I suggest bringing cash to tip because service this good deserves a reward!! "
