"Sehr schön gelegene Ferienwohnung. Sehr gute Ausstattung! Einzig die Bauarbeiten von 07:15 Uhr bis zum Nachmittag haben es unzumutbar gemacht Zeit auf der Terrasse zu genießen. Aber das ist ja auch kein Dauerzustand und daher war es nur für uns Pech. Sehr nette Vermieter, die prompt antworten und gut erreichbar waren!"

"Wir haben es genossen. Außerhalb der Saison viele Gaststätten geschlossen, dass war und bewusst. Wir haben uns selbst versorgt was kein Problem ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gegeben und die Ruhe ist perfekt. Die Nähe zum Strand ist wundervoll."

"Wir waren erst etwas enttäuscht bei der Ankunft weil der Whirlpool fehlte in der Beschreibung. Aber am Ende war alles gut und sehr schön. Wir haben die ruhige Lage sehr genossen und konnten schön abschalten. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und alle haben sich am Ende wohlgefühlt."

"Objekt liegt in sehr guter Lage, Ausstattung des Apartments ist ausreichend. Sauberkeit des Apartments war gut, jedoch war ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch in der Wohnung. Dieser kam von der Dunstabzugshaube, es roch sehr stark nach altem Fett und Fisch. Des weiteren war das Fenster stark verschmutzt. Für die Endreinigung wird eine große Gebühr fällig und vom Nutzer wird ein besenreines und Müll entsorgtes Apartment verlangt, diese Gebühr ist deutlich zu hoch angesetzt. Die Schlafcouch hat die...

"Die Lage des Hauses ist toll. Man ist zu Fuß sehr schnell an der Ostsee. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr umfangreich. Das WLAN könnte besser sein... Insgesamt eher hellhörig. Wenn jemand im Wohnzimmer fernschaut, hört man es in den Schlafzimmern. Leider keine Mückengitter vor den Fenstern."

Value for money accommodation in charming Binz
"Surprising good hotel, considering the modest price and huge scale. It's not as charming as the old Victorian-style guesthouses in Binz, but it's right on the beach, and rooms are surprisingly spacious and everything is squeeky clean. We even had a small balcony, looking on to the forest. Dogs are allowed for an extra €10. Mini tea kitchen and plenty of space for clothes. Nice touches for a beach resort, such as a hoover (for all that sand) and a clothes dryer (for wet swimwear). Not bad at all. But don't expect personal service - this is a HUGE place. And it's on the outskirts of Binz, about 15 minutes walk from the centre/pier. No breakfast provided - but plenty of other places, along the beach promenade. "
