"Incredibly unique experience and exactly as expected! Facilities are warm and well cleaned and maintained. Because Kiruna was too warm, the hotel was actually melting when we arrived and so we got a free upgrade to Ice Hotel 365 which was very nice of them. Unfortunately in the private connected bathroom, the under sink pipe was leaking. Everything else went smoothly. They have 24/7 lobby staff so if you’re having trouble sleeping in the cold, you can sit, relax, and drink free hot lingonberry...

Highly recommend booking activities eg Sauna Ritual or Ice Carving. It’s nicely centrally located so we walked to the Sámi Museum as well. "
