### Clos Du Zard - Piscine privée

The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 15th-century house with swimming pool for rent in Jugazan. With a surface area of 200 m², it can accommodate up to 7 travelers. It features an attractive 50 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 4,500 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation is composed as follows:  
First floor  
\- 50 m² living room with fireplace (wood supplied)  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...  
\- Separate WC  
  
1st floor  
\- an office area  
\- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190)  
\- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- Bedroom 3: with single bed  
\- Bathroom with bathtub  
\- Separate WC  
  
2nd floor  
\- Bedroom 4: with queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- Bathroom with shower and WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.  
  
Exterior:  
\- A private, unheated swimming pool (3m x 4m), open from 15 June to 30 September (opening dates are not guaranteed and depend on weather conditions).  
\- A beautiful 4,500 m² garden, not enclosed or shared   
\- A 40 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.  
  
The house is ideally located in Jugazan, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

\- Hiking and biking  
\- Visit ancient sites such as Saint Emilion (12 km away), the feudal castle of Rauzan, the fortified town of Sauveterre de Guyenne.  
\- Bordeaux 35 km away  
  
Transportation:  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (5 cars).
