"For starters there was no shuttle as Expedia said there would be. Food was absolutely horrible compared to the east side. No stocked fridge not even with pop. Room was just average hotel room. I travelled by myself so I didn’t really care about room. No night time entertainment whatsoever. The weather is absolutely amazing compared to the east side of Mexico "

From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely friendly and attentive, always willing to help and make our experience as comfortable as possible. The room was great—clean, spacious, and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We also really enjoyed the hotel amenities, which were well maintained and perfect for relaxing. One thing to keep in mind is that the beach in front of the hotel is not the best for swimming, as the ocean can be a bit rough. Additionally, the internet coverage in our room was not very strong, so maintaining a stable connection was sometimes difficult. Aside from those minor details, we had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay with excellent service."

"Pros: the AC was great, location close to good restaurants, good price. Cons: walls paper thin, took a long time to get hot water. Our room was ready at 12pm, but they wanted to charge us $350 pesos to go in before the check-in time at 3pm. It gave me the vibe that the front desk girl and cleaning lady wanted to pocket this money for themselves because I saw them whispering to each other after I declined their offer."
