"A fabulous building and site, which will be first class once they spend a few million on it. In the meantime it has well-refurbished rooms, excellent pool area and was a pleasure to stay.
One downside - they do not have a restaurant, although they do have a range of pre-prepared meals they will heat up and serve to you."

"Comfortable big room, large bed, warm heating, kettle. Excellent hot and cold breakfast (including eggs and bacon, crepes, selection of local cheeses, yogurt, good coffee). Clean and well maintained. Right by the train station, very convenient location for taking day trips and late/early arrival or departure. We booked one night but stayed longer because it was reasonable, comfortable and convenient."

"It was a convenient and cheap stop in our road trip. It is in a convenient location near the highway and has a few restaurants options at walking distance. We enjoyed our stay overall but it could have been better with a few improvements. The carpet in the room wasn't the cleanest, the shower was very small, and the breakfast buffet was missing savoury options."

Service at the desk was very good. The buffets at breakfast eight in the evening were very good. Lots of variety at a good price.
We asked for extra towels and they were supplied quite willingly
And the staff is very friendly and very, very helpful
The mattresses were a little bit uncomfortable, but the location of the hotel is very good because it is very quiet. Also, very close to a gas station if you have rented a car and the Super U shopping centre, McDonald’s and Burger King if you’re...

This is a gorgeous house and setting for exploring the Loire. Dining area is beautifully appointed - windows to the Loire and decorated in an elegant and creative way. In particular they have cleverly designed the lighting to look like small hot air balloons and placed fabric wall coverings to absorb sound. Very friendly staff and a warm welcome for us and our bikes on arrival and we appreciated the option of having dinner on site as it was pouring rain. The dinner was excellent and tasty even though not cooked on the premises.
We appreciated the use of the kettle downstairs in the lobby but would have like one in the room.
We had a problem during our stay and the staff member Tom went above and beyond to help us - he was polite, understanding and everything you could wish for.
