This house gave us the comfort of home that we needed to be comfortable going in and out of Joshua Tree for a few days. Pool and hot tub were great for cooling off after the park and enjoying the stars. Full kitchen allowed us to cook at home (when we weren’t driving 10 minutes over to pappy and Harriet’s). All the best parts of Joshua tree within 20 minutes and a very communicative home owner that worked with us on any issues with honesty. Would definitely stay here again for the price. ##### Robert S. We had a lot of pool time, and went to the Park in the evenings. We went night hunting for scorpions, saw the sunset, and also saw a rattlesnake near us yet from a safe distance. We would definitely love to come back, either in winter or early spring. Sade and Westley were readily available and responded to us quickly. Part of that was our stay at this rental. It’s pretty close to the Western Entrance. The property was clean and well maintained. Westley and Sade did a great job answering our questions and taking care of us during our stay. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The property itself was nice and very comfortable. We enjoyed the artwork as well. If you come to Joshua Tree National Park I would recommend coming early spring when plants are flowering. I also recommend this property as a place to stay. The stars are pretty at night from the backyard. A tip on the Western Entrance to the National Park is to go early. If you are running late, enter through the North Entrance (in 29 Palms). It's a perfect spot for the kids and adults to use the pool during the summer heat and then head out to the park to watch the sunset and stargaze. The main highway is close by with stores for food and other stuff. The park entrance is about 5 minutes away. There is also a trail nearby for a good morning hike. The place was nice and clean and cozy as before. Also, Sade was very timely in responding to our requests to heat the tub.
