IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW \- CHECK-IN PROCESS - Checking in at your FIELDTRIP home is now easier than ever. FIELDTRIP's mobile app experience (powered by DACK) contains everything you need to know. This app is highly encouraged to check into your FIELDTRIP home and thoroughly (and effortlessly) enjoy the property and amenities. \- PARKING - Guests are limited to a maximum of 4 cars, depending on size. Renters and their daytime guests should park in the garage or driveway. There is NO on-street parking available. To avoid ticketing or towing, please ensure all cars are not extending into or blocking the sidewalk. \- PETS - Pets are permitted with the receipt of a pet fee. The fee is $150 per pet, up to 3 pets. Please inquire about Service Animals and next steps to waive the fees. \- EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT - Stay a little longer and add up to 2 hours before or after your arrival for $75/hour. Each family had a separate wing of the home and plenty of room in the common kitchen, living room, indoor and outdoor areas. Pickleball was a huge hit for everyone, while the pool and shaded patio enabled us to cool off as needed. Outings to Pappy and Harriet’s and into the national park coupled with our time at the home made for an unforgettable getaway. The home was like new… perfectly tended to and cared for with everything we needed for meal prep and dining. Highly recommend this rental. The Fieldtrip management company is responsive and on top of everything. Five stars+++. ##### David E.
