We had to go down to the office several times because I never got the notification that the room was ready, never received my welcome packet with my wifi code in it. The office staff was not the friendliest. Other than that, I do recommend this facility. The room was clean and exactly like the picture. »

« This property was not bad, just outdated. There was an odor that smelled like an old house. Once we got some plug in air fresheners and spray that was better. Everything appeared to be clean though. Location and beach access was great. Sliding door to balcony was rigged with a screw preventing it from opening so access to balcony was only available through the master bedroom. Washing machine sounded like it was on its last leg but got clothes clean nonetheless. »

« One of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever stayed at! Loved all of it. We were at the pool and the beach constantly due to it being walking distance. The host always responded to texts quickly! There is a Keurig, bring K Cups. OR bring coffee, there is also a coffee pot with filters. Very important for sunrise coffees! »

« We had a pleasant stay in Gulf Shore's. The only issue with the house was the front door combination lock and door. Multiple times we were locked out and had to redo the combination. We called the emergency number and they had to over ride the code for us. It had been mentioned in an e-mail to us about this issue. Would help if they would fix the problem. »

« My husband & I have a wonderful time in this VRBO and the area it was located at. Restaurants are handy. Beach is right past the pool so it is easy to go back & forth from beach/pool to condo. Met a lot of people that return to the condo building. Thank you for leaving a vacuum so we could vacuum up the sand every night. Only downside was the elevator.
